Josey and Romen came to our house today to fix a badly clogged drain line from the kitchen sink. They took the time to fix it and made sure the problem was fixed completely. They both were very professional, kind, organized, and respectful. I highly recommend Master fix plumbing. Keep the great work going guys

My wife was about to send me to the dog house because of course it’s my fault the sink is clogged. I called Erik to beg for help and he showed up very quickly (on a Sunday) and fixed several problems including a leak in the shower. Would 100% call him again.

Erik and team have been able to help us multiple times. He's been able to clean a drain line when 2 other plumbers were not able too. He's added a new gas line at a rent house as well as added and fix old cast iron pipes at different locations for us.

I called in for the fixture under my kitchen sink and after scheduling for 7pm, I was surprised to get a call that he would be available earlier which really worked in my favor! He was very fair on the pricing and explained exactly what he did when finished. The entire thing lastly no longer than 30 minutes! Would highly recommend this company to individuals looking for any plumbing needs!

My laundry room and bedroom flooded because of garbage disposal. Called a couple of plumbers who quoted high rates. Erik's quote reasonable, and he came within the hour. Texted and called when on way after prior job. Great communication, great price, great service! Would use again and highly recommend!

I had a leak in a water line, there was water and mud on the side of my house. I had one place come out and give me a very high estimate $800 - $1000. I called Master Fix Plumbing and spoke with Erik who was very nice and said it would start at a much lower price, and if they run into roots or rocks to dig through it might add a little more. Erik and his crew came out the next day, and we're very polite and professional, Erik answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. I am so glad i found this company! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors !

Eric showed up and found the issue in 20 minutes. Something that the two plumbers beforehand had 3-4 hours and two visits to try and find. As soon as he found it, be explained the issue and gave me possible solutions, in detail. The price he gave me I felt comfortable with, given the issue, I thought it was reasonable. We scheduled a time to complete the job (a fairly big one) and Eric and his crew were actually early. They completed the dig and job by 5pm, something we thought would take two days given the location. Eric is a professional, knows his stuff, would absolutely recommend

My family and I have been utilizing Erik and Master Fix Plubming for a few years now. He is always responsive. Always willing to explain whats going on and how/why a fix may be needed. He has done several plumbing jobs for me or my family including installing a new shower pan for a new shower renovation, flange fixes, drain clean outs, and installed a new water heater. He is reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Great availability, quick work, reasonable pricing. I needed to have an outdoor faucet looked at and I reached out to Master Fix Plumbing. Erik answered the phone and was able to slot me in after his next job. He and his assistant came out, listened to my issue and came up with a quick solution and resolved it in less than an hour. My parents woke up to a leaking faucet and after a trip to Apex plumbing supply in Lewisville, received Master Fix Plumbing as a referral. Erik answered when I called and was even able to show up the same day, after finishing up at his prior client. He provided an accurate estimate for work, arrived at the quoted time, and was very professional. He replaced a faucet, two supply valves and lines, and unclogged a sink. He and his assistant saved the day; we are happy with his work product. Thank you very much.

Abandoned the job site

Guy has really bad attitude, try to get an appointment and guy won't even try to work with me to set one up. I won't ever try to hire him, I had an emergency and he won't even care.

Very unreliable. They were a no-show and did not have the professional courtesy to call us. We had waited all day for them and Eric repeatedly reassured us he would come out. Then, he stopped answering his phone. I must rate this company an 'Avoid'.

I scheduled an appointment with Erik for 10am. He texted me at 9:33am stating that he was stuck on the previous job and he would not make it until 2pm. He did not show at 2pm and I called him around 2:23pm to see if he was still coming and he said it would be 3pm. He did not show up at 3pm and I never heard from him again. He wasted my time and apparently has no consideration for others. Shame!

Eric came out and did 2 pressure tests and was here for only an hour. His charge for one hour of his time was $450!!! Then he told me that the homeowner would get that credited back, when we decided to get another estimate. When I told him I thought his sevice call was too expensive, he said "next time ask first."

So I guess he feels that he can charge $450 for one hour of his time and rip people off if they dont ask first? Beware using him.

A friend referred Erik to me. I called. He was on vacation and said he should be back on Saturday. So I hung around most of the day waiting for a call which never came. Later that evening, I texted him to see what was the status. He has not responded. I do not care if he apologizes to me, but I think he owes my friend an apology because she is embarrassed by his behavior.

Beware!! Beware!! horrible service! cannot figure a problem, I was able to google and solve it! plus he Erik says he'll be there at 2:00 and 5 hours later says oh I'm busy how about 1 hour from now or next week.... poor service!! Never use again!!
