Roy responded to my plea for help even before business hours on Monday morning. I was without A/C in the 100 degree temps. Another company diagnosed the problem but it was going to take a week to locate the part for the repair. Roy found the part, worked me into the schedule and had it repaired and cooling before 4:00 the same day! And the repair cost was less than the other company. I have always found Roy and his team to be professional and respectful. I highly recommend Covenant.

Just an update: I purchased the yearly maintenance contract and Covenant will contact you and let you know when service can be scheduled for both Spring (a/c) maintenance and Fall (heater) maintenance. Communication is easy, respectful and flexible. Thanks Roy and to your team for checking that my heating unit is all set for whatever TX winter throws my way this year.

I purchased a new HVAC system a little over a year ago from Covenant to replace my previous one. Have been well pleased with them. When I needed a new filter or a yearly maintenance , they had me scheduled within a day or so. Great service.

Our AC broke literally the day before the warranty expired. We called the company that installed it (not Covenant) and when the tech came out he told us he couldn't verify the warranty. Long story short, the installing company said they would "honor" the warranty, but was trying to charge us nearly $5K. They even put "Warranty" all over the invoice. Thankfully, we had the chance to search around and got in contact with Covenant. They went out of their way and got us ok'd by the manufacturer to ACTUALLY honor the warranty at no cost to us. We ended up purchasing a new outdoor unit only because the broken part was about 2 months out though. They rushed an installation appointment for us for the next day knowing we'd been without ac for a week at that point, and the guys showed up right on time and were finished in a few hours. These folks were great; professional, responsive, and took the time to help us out even though they possibly wouldn't even get a sale out of us in the end. When it's time to replace the air handler inside, we will definitely go straight to them.

I have used Covenant for 13 years and they are fantastic! The team members are all top notch. I always recommend Covenant to friends and family.

I have been a customer of Covenant AC & Heating for 3 years - Outstanding customer service - I get the same AC technicians for every maintenance visit - it is reassuring to have a team that is familiar with every aspect of my system.

I was out of A/C from Thursday evening. Friday and Saturday I did my due diligence meeting with a/c contractors. Sunday my daughter recommended I call Michael at Covenant because she had always had great service from them. Mike came over Sunday afternoon and by Tuesday I was again among the living!! He had been able to rearrange the work schedule of his men to be able to take care of my dire situation. So responsive, such nice workmen, so efficient! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Did I mention that it was during one of our 100+ degree summers.

Excellent service. Will definitely use Covenant in the future as well.

My downstairs compressor stopped on Saturday evening. I sent an email for help on Sunday. Roy texted me within an hour and scheduled a visit for today, Monday. Bruce arrived early and had my unit up and running within 15 minutes. I was so impressed, I signed up for their Covenant Club. This is twice per year heating and cooling inspections. Great value. I am very satisfied with their price to fix my current issue. Great company!

I recently had a problem with an A/C unit at my daughter's house, where we have a whole house appliance warranty, where we cannot choose the vendor for repairs. Covenant did not sell us that unit, nor did we ever pay them to service it. And Roy KNEW that we were waiting for the warranty service to assign a different vendor to do the maintenance visit. We did buy 2 A/C units from Covenant in the past for another house, and they have treated us like royalty ever since. Roy spent 41 minutes on the phone with me yesterday helping me to troubleshoot the problem and to assess whether or not we might damage the compressor if we left the thermostat on. 41 minutes!! The whole time he was helpful and courteous...never rushing us or sounding impatient. He walked us through many troubleshoot steps. What an amazing company! They care about their customers!! They are honest and trustworthy and fully competent. I can't thank them enough. They deserve 6 stars, if that were possible.

Covenant lives up to its name with 5-star service. After comparing several organizations, we chose Covenant to replace two HVAC systems in Sun City: one for our home and one for my wife's sister. We needed a system check to diagnose a blinking code light at our sister's home. Jared diagnosed the blinking code and reset the control board to correct the issue. He then ran both the AC and heating systems to ensure they were working properly. Jared was very methodical in correcting this issue. This underscores one of the reasons I trust Covenant and will continue to refer people to them in the future.

I highly recommend Covenant Air Conditioning & Heating. Have had a maintenance plan for several years whereby for a minimal charge they service my heating system in the Fall and air conditioning in Spring. A very responsive friendly staff in the office (Angela is a lovely lady) as well as the technicians who are cordial, knowledgeable and skilled. It is a comfort to know that trustworthy assistance is readily available in times of such weather extremes.

Great company, very punctual, great communication. Extremely fast service, called at 6:00am (an hour before they opened) and had a tech at my house by 8:00am in the middle of summer.

What a wonderful company. From the initial interaction over the phone, to the remedies provided to make my loved ones more comfortable, were all top notch. Call this company for any AC or humidity issues, and I promise you won’t be let down. Small town values, stellar workmanship. Honest employees.

They replaced our 25 year old indoor and outdoor HVAC system in early 2021, and did a great job at a competitive price.

One day, a few years later, the ac stopped cooling and I called them and left a message, as it was after hours. However, within the hour I received a text message from Roy and he walked me through some things to check and then some simple steps how to resolve the issue on my own, free of charge, had the AC cooling again in no time and he gave me instructions on how to help prevent it from happening again in the future! Fantastic!
(Drain line got a little gunky. 1/2 a cup of bleach a month down the drainline.)

I've recommended them to my neighbor who ultimately went with them as well when their ac needed to be replaced, and they were also satisfied.

And, obviously, I would highly recommend them again to anyone.

Roy and his team were honest in what needed replacing on our furnace. They also provided us with options and filed our warranty for us. Will def be using and referring them to others. 🙏🏽 Thank you so much for the quick installation.

Very responsive customer service! Worked in our 25 year old house with tight attic ceiling access We purchased a 2 stage Carrier A/C unit The new unit is quiet and efficient Workers cleaned up after installation I asked for extra vacuuming and they followed through

Had a great experience with my heating repair. They got me taken care of the very next day and made sure the heater was working again before the end of the day during freezing conditions. Repairman was super nice and helpful. Thanks so much!

The Covenant team was quick and efficient. We called because of our A/C went out due some electrical contact issues and they were able to send someone out within 25 minutes, specifically on a Friday and before a holiday. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
