Our plumber was great, he was very conscientious and aware of our home, respected everything and fixed Up our plumbing issue in less than an hour!

Wow these guys are awesome! Between the level of professionalism, quality of work, timelines and price, I’m beyond impressed and happy! So far they’ve done the water shut off valves for all the units in my condominium and I recently contracted them to do my and my neighbors tankless water heaters. Hands down they do the best job here in Austin!!! All the guys on the team are extremely polite and I can’t rave about them enough. Thank you guys so much, y’all are officially my go-to plumbing and construction company!!! Shout out to Patrick & Will, they’ve been so helpful!!

Patrick and his team were amazing! He was extremely responsive on my initial engagement and had his office staff reach out to me to schedule. His office staff was knowleable, polite and informative. We use American Home Shield for our home warranty. So when our master closet has water in it, we immediately submitted a claim with AHS. First referral they gave us never answered the phone, and they then referred us to On-Call Plumbing. They were out early on Monday to scope out the problem, and scheduled us for first thing Wednesday morning. The awesome crew arrived early, worked hard all day, kept us posted as to the status, cleaned everything up, and left us with a brand new tankless water heater!! We definitely will be calling them in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On call Plumbing has diligently worked to help figure out a difficult plumbing issue with multiple leaks and a very stubborn clog. They also worked with my home warranty to get these issues covered. I will always call On call. They are professional, understanding and reliable.

I came home from work and my house reeked of natural gas. I called Atmos Energy out and then called On-Call Plumbing. I told them my concerns and On-Call Plumbing came out immediately within two hours. Patrick showed up, spoke to Atmos (who was still here) and then came into the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us out. He told us he didn't see anything that would cause alarm. Patrick didn't even charge us at all for coming out. I will absolutely use On-Call Plumbing for my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

First off, thank you Patrick for your patience when we had none. To say we were desperate was an understatement. Patrick came through in such a pinch and took care of everything for us with ease. He even came from a pretty important personal event just to come to save us from catastrophe! He FaceTimed my husband to make sure he could walk him through shutting off our main valve from further issues and water waste. He had all equipment needed handy, and fixed within minutes! He even gave us tips to fix our other spigots outside from crappy cheap workmanship and materials from our builder so this will never happen again. He didn't have to do that, but he empathized and was honest about his work. I don't ever see us going anywhere else when it comes to plumbing needs. We trust On Call Plumbing! Thanks again! 🫶🏼

Call worked very hard to make sure that we were happy. On the other hand, he did let us know that he was not sure that we would not need further treatment. He was extremely polite and did not leave a mess.

OnCall Plumbing was excellent! They arrived early, fixed the water pressure in my whole house quickly, and left everything spotless—even after digging in the yard. Professional, fast, and reliable. Highly recommend!

On-Call was able to accommodate very quickly. Cyril was fantastic! In and out with no mess. Price was a bit more than I had hoped, but better than me trying and messing it up a few times.
