Great competitive rates

My A/C went down this afternoon and Ricky squeezed me in on a busy day; now my A/C is running nice and cold. Affordable AC is the only company I will even consider when I replace my antique of a unit this fall.

Ricky has been our “go to” HVAC maintenance and repair guy for more than 15 years now. We've moved to 2 different houses already and every time we have a problem with HVAC, we’d call on Ricky! He is dependable, knowledgeable and very honest! His pricing is very reasonable, and he is easy to talk to, he explains the problem well and what needs to be done. I highly recommend Affordable AC Services to anyone, he can be trusted!!

We have a home warranty through AHS; affordable has been on our property two times and both experiences have been bad. The most recent time was today. We made the request yesterday first thing in the morning. They did came today, which made us hopeful it’d be fixed today. Affordable uses this tracking app to let you know the technicians arrival time which is nice, but not enough to make up for the poor service. The feels like temperature today is 110 & we already stayed one night without AC. When they arrived we had a wasp nest on the underside (by the hose) of the unit and we were willing to eradicate it immediately(had to find the wasp spray). My mom, who is 71 was there meeting them, asked the tech to wait while she handled it and he refused to wait per his boss. I spoke to the tech and he said there is nothing he can do. It’s not his call. We would never put anyone in danger and were going to fix the problem. This company didn’t have <15 mins to wait and help us out. I get they have other calls to make and people to see, but I also don’t understand how a company that touts they are family owned & operated couldn’t wait. I know it’s a warranty call and the pay is not equivalent to a non-warranty call, but If you don’t want to do the warranty calls don’t be a warranty service provider. My dad owned HVAC and plumbing company for nearly 40 years; he would never have done this to a family or customer. They said we’d have to call back & speak to customer service about rescheduling. This was the same type service we received the last time AHS assigned our HVAC work to affordable.
