At 9:00 pm last night, our A/C stopped working. We have a new born and two other kids, and in a panic, we called to get help. After a few calls to other companies, we called Noe Ventura with E&J A/C Heating Services. Today Noe arrived exactly on time, explained the issue to us, had the necessary part available, and was ready to go. He finished the job in 45 minutes!
This was an excellent customer experience. Noe has definitely earned my business going forward as well as my recommendation to family, friends, or anyone else I know.
