Luis performed a maintenance check on our HVAC system recently and was outstanding. He walked me through every step of the process, showed me the readings and explained what they should be vs. what they were. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what was going on with my system. After he finished his inspection, he gave me a clear description of my options for repairing some components and for replacing the system if we chose to go that route. So many times these days, you can tell when someone is just trying to make a sale and being vague with their findings to try and talk you into a sale. But Luis gave an honest and fair opinion and assessment of our options and his recommendations. He was thorough, efficient, honest and a pleasure to work with. Having used Legend Air in the past, I expected nothing less, but it is always refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares for its customers and puts their welfare over profits. I highly recommend Luis and Legend Air for all your HVAC needs.

Adrian provided great service, stayed till he found the problem then was able to fix it. Explained everything he did & gave me a price breakdown before starting the repair.
I couldn’t be happier, & the maintenance program they offer is great, I feel much better having it.

Luis came to review our A/C as I'd noticed it seemed to be running to much power. He soon diagnosed the issues but also found a lot more that our builder shouldn't have allowed to happen. Anyways at every step he showed me each issue, including letting me see the actual problems with his endoscope. Nothing was too much for him and I'm grateful he resolved the issues he could there and the, and then sent another crew to deal with the cleaning.

Luis was very professional. Explained what needed to be done very thoroughly. We will definitely be using Legend Air from now on.

Luis came to work on my hvac system and was able to help me clear a clog from the system. I then got a full cleaning of the system done by Jose. Both gentlemen were kind professional and efficient. This is the only HVAC company I will use.

I recently encountered an issue with my AC unit not cooling properly, so I reached out to Jason for assistance. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were clear. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms and quickly addressed the problem. Jason didn’t push any unnecessary services and even returned the next day to check on our upstairs unit. I highly recommend this company, and especially Jason, to anyone in need of reliable and efficient AC service!

I am extremely happy with the duct cleaning I received from Legend Air -Little Elm division. Nathan and Jose were very thorough. We did a walk through and discussed the process, etc
They sent me pictures of my vent insides. They cleaned the vent covers and vacuumed the floors and wiped up any debris that fell during the process.
The scheduling/ communication staff needs some mentoring but overall very happy with my choice.

He did not try to oversell any unnecessary repairs. We had another company out here making false claims which is why we decided to get a second opinion. Legend Air is an amazing AC company. We had them come out to repair our air conditioner when another company couldn’t figure out the issue. So glad we called them. They inspected my whole system, took several photos and videos and educated me on everything. They even found a ton of mold growing in my system that the other company failed to find. I will always use Legend Air and recommend them to everyone.
Update. Still awesome. They came again for my cleaning and were great!

Absolutely had a wonderful experience with Legend Air and Luis. He was very thorough in explaining my system to me and showing my potential problems and helping me come up with a strategy on what needs to get done first versus is telling me I needed to overhaul my entire system. I would highly recommend legendary and their technicians as they have always been very professional and mindful of their customers and what they need and their current situation.
