They installed a new unit a year ago. Great price and very thorough work. Today I called them out for the AC in my daughter's house. Very reasonable rates and always clear on what the issue is and needed repairs. Highly recommend!

Our AC went out over night. After calling 5 other companies, Oak Point Heating & Air was the only company we were able to get out the same day, with an evening appointment. They said they would come out sooner if they were able and they came out 4 hours earlier than scheduled. Had it fixed in less than 30 mins. The tech was very friendly, explained the problem. Told me he knew what was wrong just based on the information I provided about my problem over the phone.
Would highly recommend, prices for our sos repair were reasonable.

Eric did a complete analysis of my AC/ Heating needs to replace my16 old unit. Gave me his recommendations to address the a problem with cooling off all rooms evenly that my old unit couldn't do. They came to replace it with the recommended Lenox unit as planned. It took them 8 hours to redo the ducting for upstairs and installation of new units

11/7/24 Eric performed annual maintenance of furnace which involved the cleaning of carbon build up that if not done, pilot light could have problem staying on when turning heater on

The most heartfelt thing I can say is call Oak Point A/C first and you will not regret it. I am 65 years old and have been a homeowner now for 44 years so I have had lots of experience with contractors, plumbers and so on. The service I received from Eric was by far the best I have experienced. He promptly responded, had someone out fast and best of all...was totally honest and gave me a few options to repair my unit (and in detail educated me on the pros & cons of each so I felt confident) and did the repairs that I decided on. I will never consider any other in the future. Thank you Eric.

My AC unit went out and I have asthmatic children so I was desperate. I called Oak Point and Eric came out immediately and advised me of what I needed which was a new unit. I was distraught because I didn't have the money but, Eric assured me he could work something out and he did. I financed a unit that I could afford and it was installed immediately. Our AC went out on a Friday and I called our Home Warranty Co and they put us in contact with contractors after calling 3 other companies that couldn't come out for days I called Oak Point and Eric was there with in 4 hours and our AC was back up and running. But our AC went out again that night and Staci and Eric worked with me to put in a claim for the compressor that went bad. He was back the next Friday and installed the compressor and still didn't fix the problem now they had to put in for a whole new unit. That next Thursday Eric was back installing a new unit and we are back up and running with COLD AC!!! Staci and Eric were great!! Always answering my phone calls and texts even in the evening or weekends and helped every step of the way with the home warranty company. Give Oak Point a call you won't regret it - I know I will be using them for my AC needs and telling all my friends and family :)

A great family-owned business! We have used Oak Point Heating and Air for several years. Eric and his crew do yearly service check-ups on our home and for our In-laws. They installed a new unit in my In-laws home 5 years ago and recently came out to repair a leak on the unit. Last week they were out again to repair wires, install a new water pump and add freon to a fixer-upper we recently purchased. When I called with questions about last week's repair Eric personally answered every question and explained what was done in a very professional manner. I recommend Oak Point Heating and Air to all my friends.

If you find yourself in need of an honest, highly qualified heat & A/C company, I strongly recommend Oak Point Heating and Air. Several years ago I was assigned an unqualified company from my then home warranty company. After 7 visits they never really figured out the real problem, yet they continued to unnecessarily replace parts but didn’t fix the problem. After changing home warranty companies and still having A/C issues the new company sent my hero Eric!! He accurately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed on the first visit. Not only that but he explained everything to me in terms I understood. We continued to “bandaid” the problems for a few years until it was finally time to get a new A/C system. He has also replaced my heating system and both work like a charm. He continues for follow up and make sure all is good. If you want a company that truly goes the extra mile you need to call Oak Point and talk to Eric and Staci!!

Oak Point Heating and Air, LLC deserves much more than a 5 star rating! Our A/C went out on Thursday 5/30/19 late in the evening, we gave them a call yesterday 5/31/19 Eric came with in 2 hours to evaluate our failed System and came to determine that our 20 yr old system was done. 6/1/19 @ 7:30am Eric & his crew showed up & by 1pm we have a cold house again!! Staci was able to get us great financing & easy affordable payments. Thank you so much Oak Point Heating and Air, LLC for the fast & great service!!

Excellent service at a reasonable price. We called Oak Point Heating and Air for an AC problem at 7 pm on a triple-digit Friday evening, technician arrived within the hour, and the problem was fixed by about 8:15. This means a lot when it's hot and the system isn't working.

WOW… was there and fixed less than hour from calling! VERY VERY reasonable! Coby was great, found issue quickly, talked to me, fixed, done and house cooling in moments! Great people! Blessed!

I called Oak Point Heating and Air Conditioning for an issue with my home in Aubrey. Eric was very nice, professional, fast and above all KNOWLEDGEABLE about what I needed. Apparently the company that I had service my system before neglected to install a $200 part that would have kept my drip pan from overflowing. This caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. Eric went out, gave me an honest assessment and took care of the problem. He did exactly what he said he was going to do , when he said he was going to do it. I have had no further problems.

Oak Point's prices are reasonable. The quality of their work is excellent. I would ddefinitely recommend Oak Point HVAC to anyone needing that service.

Eric has been our AC repair man for over 5 years. He is honest, very reasonable, patient and kind. After he installed two new units for us, the town inspector came out and said that was the best installation job he had ever seen! Charles is pretty amazing too! I highly recommend Eric and Charles!

Wow. I can not say enough positive things about this company. I called about 830am. on a Saturday morning, and by noon, I was fixed and cooling. Phenomenal service. They deserve a 10 star review.

I placed the call to be serviced at 9:30pm on a Tuesday, and by 10pm my HVAC was fixed. Storms caused an electrical short in the float switch for my unit, and the technician that serviced me was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I received outstanding service and after being turned down for service by 5 other local providers tonight, Oak Point Heating and Air is the only service I will trust in the future.

Eric installed 2 systems for us, he is very professional and reasonably priced. He has always given an honest opinion and educated us on the options available, this really helps when you have to spend thousands of dollars on a system and don't know much about it.

Oak Point is family run so i know exactly who i am talking to when i call them. When i have a problem with my AC he is always there to answer my questions and attend to it ASAP.

We came home late one night to find our air conditioning not working. We were worried because it was a weekend. Sunday morning I called Oak Point and they sent someone out within 30 minutes. They had us up and running in less than 10 minutes. Can’t say enough about their knowledge and sense of urgency. We will definitely be using Oak Point for all our future air conditioning and heating needs.

Can't say enough about Eric and the team at Oak Point Heating & Air. We came home late one afternoon (8/16/22) to discover the bedroom unit not heating. The back half of the house was already well above 90. Called in to see if there was any possible way to check out the problem yet that evening Eric worked us in to his already busy schedule and got the issue resolved quickly. We appreciated the short notice service and were happy to avoid sleeping in the living room! We've been using them for years for annual checkups. Trustworthy, reliable, very competent on the technical side, reasonably priced, and friendly on top of everything else ... can't ask for more than that.
