Honestly, great company and really reliable. They managed to send someone out to my place close to their closing hours. Eddy was the technician that came to help me run new wiring from HVAC to my thermostat and install my new one as well. The technician was very knowledgeable and informed me of general knowledge a homeowner should know about their AC system. The tech did a great and clean job on everything he did. General HVAC LLC will be my go to HVAC services when needed. Highly recommend them.
