I called 5 different ac companies and got the same runaround and exact $ same appraisals. The other guys also told me not to install a minisplit and replace the same old ineffecient single stage system with the same old and very expensive ac. Bob Middleton and his crew are very honest and professional! They helped finish installation of my effecient minisplit ac for warranty and I was very impressed with their knowledge and service! I would definately recommend these guys.

I was so very impressed by the service that we received in servicing our air condition units! So knowledgeable, professional, & personable! Excellent in all regards! Both he and very qualified staff installed a Pioneer 2 ton mini-split. Very efficient. Clean job inside and out in wrapped lines. Even placed a shutoff and upgraded my breaker. Very responsive to texts. Very knowledgeable about both mini-splits and central air. Highly recommend!

2nd unit install 2024. just as good as the first! Installed a surge protector without my even having to ask. True pros.

FINALLY a qualified HVAC company that works on, repairs and understands heat pumps. Not a usual installation here in the RGV but the perfect unit for our needs. Other contractors have never returned phone calls not do they understand the wiring process of a heat pump. Mr. Middleton and his team answered my call promptly and scheduled a visit for the next day. He showed when promised and corrected the mis-wiring from a previous contractor. Our home is now comfortable and climate controlled no matter the outside conditions. Highly recommend this business. More than fair pricing.

While an AC dying in the middle of 100+ degree weather is never fun, and even worse on a weekend, working with Middleton Air was as good as an experience as I could hope for. I messaged thru Facebook on Sunday evening not expecting a response until some time Monday morning. I received a call not long after my message and Bob guided me thru some trouble shooting. Unfortunately my system was beyond repair and required repair or replacement. After scheduling a visit and an inspection I was quoted almost exactly the prices that I found in my research. Long story short, within 48 hours of reporting the issue, I had a new until installed and running perfectly. I could not asked for a better experience in what was a very stressful situation.

They came out the same morning I called. I was expecting a huge repair or even replacement of the system. Instead they were able to diagnose the issue and replace a part. Parts and labor only around $150! Amazing! And my home was cool again within a couple of hours of my first phone call. These guys are the very best!
