The two guys from AMP showed up (with masks on, due to covid) about 10min after calling me to make sure I was home. Showed them where they would be working, they asked a few questions and then got to work. They did have to go get a cord for my dishwasher, other than that, they had all the equipment needed. I did not get their names, but both were very professional and cleaned up after they where done. They made sure everything was working before payment was made. It was cheaper than the original quote that was given, so that was a great surprise. I would recommend using, because I will be using them in the future for the remodeling of my kitchen and utility room.

My boyfriend and I had an electrical problem and called Amp Electric late at night, they were able to come by first thing in the morning and fixed everything. He was very nice, fast, and our bill was very cheap. 5 stars they were EXCELLENT. Will definitely be using them again!

I needed to obtain a quote on repairing outdoor lighting at my place of business. Shannon really helped us out. He evaluated our current setup and quoted repairs but also offered LED replacement pricing. It definitely will be a savings in the long run. He also identified an issue in our timing box with a bad connector that could've potentially been a hazard! Needless to say, I've been pleased with Amp's service thus far.

Amp Electric has become our "go-to" for any of our electrical projects. They are extremely knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, friendly, and always clean up after themselves. We have yet to find a project they couldn't handle, even in our older home which is not always straightforward. We could not be happier with the service they provide. and highly recommend them.

We had them out to our house a few months back and were quick and did a great job at figuring out why two of our lights in different rooms stopped working. They got them fixed and back up and running within 30 minutes. Highly recommend

My past experiences with electrical companies have been a nightmare & rip off. A co-worker referred me to Amp Electric & I was very pleased. Great customer service. Shannon went above & beyond what I expected. Will definitely use again if I need more electrical work done.

I am the Banking Center Manager for First United Bank in Lubbock, TX and called the good folks at Amp Electric to service our exterior lighting and make any necessary repairs. The representatives of Amp came to our location and worked diligently to determine what our problems were. They fully explained what needed to be corrected and took the time to show me what was causing our electrical problems. The staff is courteous, polite, and they all possess a strong sense of customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend Amp Electric to any of my friends, family, and customers. It was a terrific experience and I couldn't be any happier with their level of service.

I’ve used Amp electric twice now. They are efficient, friendly and communicate any schedule changes as soon as they know they’re running behind. Shannon answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, and gave me great advice on my lighting plans. I will definitely use them again.

I'm so glad Kevin was able to come by this morning. Our outlet sparked and started a fire yesterday. With the breaker off the lights were out in a chunk of the house. He was quick and professional! I would definitely call AMP Electric again.

I am happy with the service I received from Amp Electric.

I had an issue with a Ring camera not getting power. I called another electrician; they said I had a problem with the switch. They fixed it, or so I thought.

About a week later I opened the switch and saw that the ground and neutral had been attached. Not good. I called Amp.

Amp sent Korey and Ed. They were on-time and professional. I explained the problem. They said it was caused by an open neutral. Within 30 minutes they found a loose neutral wire in one of the hallway closets and fixed it.

Amp electrics estimate was very reasonable for the work I needed. When I gave Joey the go ahead, he supported Chad in completing the work professionally and quickly. I'm very happy and I will use them again and again.

John was excellent. we were having trouble with our main breaker and without hesitation Amp sent John to help us. He took the time to let us know what was happening and how he was going to fix the problem. He super friendly too. To add one more note to this this happened over the weekend. Thank you Amp Electric!!

Jeff was our servicemen, we called and were able to get seen the same day. Very friendly and able to get our problem fixed fast! Since the electricity was out (part of it) we had no AC, which is awful during summer time so thankful issue was fixed the same day. We’ll definitely use them again if needed. Also, receptionist was very friendly.

Shannon and Matt were kind, polite, and professional. They did a great job and I'm so grateful they were able to fix my problem so quickly. We have other electrical work that needs to be done and we'll definitely be calling Amp. Thank you guys!!

Couple years back they came out in the middle of a rainy night to fix and install new wiring system for an old house in Tech Terrace I was living in at the time. I remember how awesome they were to come out and fix that so I called them for new repair on a newer house we just moved in. They fixed everything up and it was reasonable cost for what they did. Chad and Jeff were awesome I would highly recommend these guys if you need something electrical done in your home.

My husband and I had been working on a project and accidentally killed power to half of our home via an outlet. Amp electric was professional, efficient, and brain stormed ideas to help us out with our project. They ended moving the outlet to above our counter top and made it look very nice. They even came 2 hours earlier than anticipated (but of course called first to check). We are very pleased!

We've used Amp Electric for our personal residence as well as a rental property here in Lubbock. They have always been on time, professional, quick and do excellent work. Today Seth and Quinn came out to change out a few light fixtures. They were on time, polite, professional and completed the work quickly without any issues We will continue to use Amp for any electrical needs. .

I had some outlet and light switch problems. Art and Bert came out and quickly started working to find the issues with the switches and outlets. They were very professional and took the time to explain why the outlets and switches were not working or working poorly. The cost was a Great Value compared to other estimates I had received. I will definitely will be calling on Amp for future projects.

My power went out during the week end and I called AMP Electric. They responded to my call on the first ring and had a technician at my house within 30 minutes of the phone call. I was quite concerned with things in my refrigerators going bad but the technician, Victor Rotramel, quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. In short order, my house was back to normal. I can't say enough good things about AMP Electric. It was my first time to use them but after their quick response and outstanding service they will now always be my "go-to" company for electrical service.

I had two bad breakers in my service panel. I contacted my home warranty and they selected Amp Electric. Seth the service technician was very professional, on time, and replaced the breakers in a reasonable time.
I liked the work so much I asked them to provide a quote to do additional electrical work in the near future.
