They pulled me out of a jam. I was waiting for another company to repair my ac , in fact I waited for a week. Got ahold of these guys and they had me up and running in 2 hours! The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I will use these guys in the future. I am VERY pleased with the experience I had.

My husband called the office about 4:00pm today (Friday) and he was immediately met with a very friendly customer service representative who went above and beyond to handle our issue. We hand another hvac company over today who told us they would not be able to fix our AC until next week because they had to order the part. We have been without air conditioning for 2 days already and we could not go another day like this. When my husband called Aire Serv they were able to locate the part needed and had the technician James out here within an hour. James is very knowledgeable and got us up and running and now my house is cooling again. We even signed up for their service plan and we will use Aire Serv for all of our future HVAC needs. Thank you so much for caring enough to get us cooling on the hot summer days!

Technician Jeff was on time. Engaging and Helpful. Upfront and honest with issue and pricing. Very professional and great experience. I used them based on a friend recommendation and will definitely recommend to everyone

They were quick to schedule, let me know when they were coming, and the gentleman was very nice and very professional. He corrected my problem and gave me some wonderful ideas about ways to improve my units performance. I could not have been happier with the service, or the advice. Wonderful company.

James and his team came highly recommended by a friend and boy did they deliver. Emergency work was discovered through the process and James made sure it was all addressed and repaired right away. Even though it was plumbing and not part of the work Airserv was to perform. Any additional work and supples above the quoted initial price for the air conditioner work was not added at the end. I only paid the quoted price. Integrity is the best possible word to describe my experience. So grateful I used them and am excited to recommend them.

I've had mixed results from the American Home Shield warranty for our home, but Ron with Aire Serve did a great job on my A/C unit taking time to fix the problem and explain things to me. He had the part on the truck and finished the job quickly. He also made suggestions on keeping it running in the future. Great service from Sally and Jennifer in the office.

Aire Serv not only did a great job, they also had some great ideas for doing things differently to meet our wish list. The ducts now do a more efficient job. They were very fast and neat in their work and their people were very friendly.

Great people, who do great work. If you’re in the Lubbock area I can not suggest them enough. The Technician (James) came out on Father’s Day and took care of the issue with out any trouble.

I had no idea who to call when my AC left us sitting in 90+ degrees. I asked in a Facebook group who to call and James was recommended over and over, so of course that is who I went with. By 8am, not only had James reach out to me but his amazing office staff did too and I had an appointment for that day!! He got my AC up and running better than it’s ever worked before. James and all of his employees are truly the nicest people ever… I mean.. how can you not go with someone that’s so down to earth and wears Crocs??? I will chose and recommend them forever!!!

Our heater of course broke in this forty degree weather, found Aire Serv online and sure enough James came out the same night I called (8:00 p.m.)
Fixed our heater in less than an hour. He did a great job, and was very friendly!

Wow! Aire Serv was the BEST of many companies I've dealt with in the Lubbock area! I've owned rental properties in the past and I wish I had used them then. I was working on repairing my aunt's house...her a/c system had quit working. Through looking at plates on the unit, it was 42 years old and definitely time to replace it. Aire Serv sent Michael to look over the situation, gave a true and honest evaluation on what he recommends, and the next day, Michael, Ross, & John were there and had things running within a few hours!

These guys are the best. No doubt about it. Their knowledge and professionalism is comforting during a stressful situation. James came by and fixed everything in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend Aire Serv. Stacey is an amazing technician. He knows what he’s doing and explains the process so I knew what he was doing and why. This company is such a blessing! I’m glad I found them! I totally trust their technicians and their company. This is what good ole’ fashioned customer service is all about!! I’m a customer for life!!

James was great! He quickly diagnosed my problem after another HVAC technician from a different company said “there was nothing wrong and the unit was running as well as it could based on its age”. James added coolant to my AC unit and now runs perfectly. Thanks James, for your expertise and efficiency.

James provided great service! He was at our house within 30 minutes of being called and was fast, knowledgeable and was very reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again!

John did an amazing job on an estimate for one of my clients. He was very professional and led us in the right direction. I would highly recommend John and airserv to anyone with HVAC or plumbing needs.

Our furnace went out and Aire Serv of Lubbock gave us almost immediate help...which was so appreciated (not to mention AMAZING)!! This occurred on a Friiday...they came around 10:30 that morning and brought nice large heaters to keep us comfortable and warm as they began to diagnose the problem. With some equipment they have, they could inspect inside the unit and see what the problems were. They showed me what had happened and why the automatic cutoff on our furnace was activating. (thank goodness it worked). There was no fixing this problem and the unit had to be condemned and a replacement installed. They finished just as it was beginning to get dark on Friday evening.
I would highly recommend this company....as they are clean, neat and do excellent work. Our furnace /water heater closet looked much much more efficient and I have to say cleaner when they finished!

Great customer service. Showed up on time, diagnosed problem immediately. Had issue repaired and resolved quickly. Will continue to use for all my HVAC needs and would recommend to anyone needing reliable and dependable service.

Came to the rescue when my ac went out... James was very professional in diagnosing my problem and coming up with a solution that fit my budget. They arrived when they said they would and finished the job in a timely manner... even called later to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will VERY HIGHLY recommend this company!
