Alejandro and Donavan were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Over the years I had previously used a different plumbing agency, but due to retirement, they closed. I decided to take a chance on Earl's and im so glad I did. Will now be my go to plumbers.

Absolutely great process from start to finish, there is a reason why they are the best rated plumber in Lubbock (other companies have less than 2 or 300 reviews). Was greeted with the nicest customer service representative who quickly got me on the schedule. Plumbers were out to our place within 2 HOURS and had the entire toilet replaced by noon (I called them at about 9:15 AM). The plumbers were nice, professional and wonderful at explaining and going over details related to the issue and repair.

I was so impressed! Not only where they quick in responding to my call they were quick to show and get the repair done. Price was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Earls has always done me right , right now they r still trouble shooting my dryer issue and noise but I would recommend them to anyone....they r a good company I trust them
