Mr. Hutson and his crew are excellent at what they do. Not only that, but they are extremely profession, courteous and polite while they do it. Had 4 bed room carpets cleaned and an area rug and it looks like the carpet was just laid from the factory. Would recommend them to EVERYONE!!

Mr Hutson With Falcon came and did my carpets yesterday they look great He was very courteous and was In-and out..iv been here for 12 yrs and the carpet looks brand new..I usually don't leave reviews unless I'm really impressed. And it wasn't just the work It was the professional courtesy I was showed at the same timeThat's why I would recommend these guys to anybody!!!!!!

I used falcon flood services for to remove a really strong odor from a rental house that I run. The house smelled terrible after a 5-year tenant moved out, and I needed to get it rented again. Falcon Flood Services had the perfect products to do this. They used the ozone machine and other services to make sure that my rental was smelling amazing after their services. I cannot believe it is the same house! I would strongly recommend Falcon Flood to any one needing a treatment for smell.

Great company. John , the manager was a great help. He understood what needed to be done and he did it effectively and time efficiently. He didn’t talk over my head or at me. He talk to me as a person and I could tell he really truly cared about his company as well as me as a Person and not just a customer. I hope I won’t need to use them again however, I will definitely use them again and no one else. I love the fact that we just talked about God and our beliefs while he did his job.
