The service gentleman was very nice and helpful. He answered all my questions.

I called yesterday and service technician showed up this morning. Trayden was amazing! He showed up on time and very professional. He explained what was wrong and gave some valuable advice. Will definitely use them again. Just sad we can't ask for Trayden everytime.

Fast response time. Friday our a/c went out and they were able to get a new unit installed on Saturday. This is our second time to use this great company. Thank you!!

Just had an emergency-my furnace was running and had my house up to 107!! They were able to send 2 sweet guys and they fixed within the hour!!!

A degree above has been great. We lost our unit and all belongings in our house to a flash flood. When we called them they reaponded and had our unit installed in time for us to move back in after repairs. They also serviced our hvac when needed since. Very nice people, id highly recommend them. Whitney I was so helpful and easy to work with and the techs fast, knowledgeable and courteous. I’ve used this company twice now and recommend to anyone that asks. Last summer then repaired my AC unit after another company kept us waiting over a week just to give us an enormous estimate and more wait times. This spring we needed a new water heater and service was outstanding yet again.

Great service! We accepted three other bids for the job and A Degree Above came in well below the others. Had a small problem with a thermostat down the road and they were out the next day and replaced it. Would definitely recommend this company!

I called on a Saturday afternoon with a sudden problem and a guest in the house for the weekend with no contingency plan. I needed to get the A/C fixed fast!

Aaron came out in less than an hour, called me with the diagnosis (a refrigerant leak), and told me the timeline to get things operational again. In addition, he communicated to the guests, calmed them down, and got to work. That was a hugely helpful part of the process since I was not available to show up and keep the guests calm while the house was hot.

These folks worked with me on the price afterwards to get it right, and were easy to deal with. I can't recommend them high enough. Tara, Aaron, and their team are great to deal with.

The repairman was awesome. He fixed my unit less than a hour and left.

They came out the same day, were so friendly and had my air working in 15 minutes. Thank God it was an easy fix! I highly recommend.

Our A/C quit working late tonight and I called. They said give them up to 45 min and they would be here. I was just glad they could be here tonight. We have 2 babies and our house was 92 degrees! Within 15 minutes Aaron arrived!!! He checked the unit and found the problem. He had it fixed within 20 minutes! The price was reasonable and they were amazing on the timing. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

We have used ADegree Above several times. They have been great. Replaced our complete system and worked on our split system in our bunkhouse. Very attentive and always on time.

I highly recommend this HVAC service. Prompt affordable and honest! I can’t say that for some other HVAC vendors I have dealt with through the years. Raul my technician was great and explained what he was doing and why. Give them a call in the Athens and Lake area for your HVAC services.

Aaron is such a nice guy - third or fourth time he’s been out helping me with the Heat AND AC, ordering parts, making sure he has the right numbers and such - he is always respectful and helpful. Called A Degree Above for service to my son's ac. It wasn't working right. Temp was 88 and condenser was iced up. Brayden showed up and went right to work. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. At the end of the service call everything was working correctly. If Trayden is an example of the technicians employed by A Degree Above then you just can't go wrong with this company for service and repairs.
