Came right on time, reviewed the job, and quoted a reasonal price. Replaced all 3 shutoff valves with better types. Removed and replaced the leaking sink faucet. Checked pipes for leaks cleaned everything. Quick & Efficient 😆

Called first thing in the morning and was provided a same morning appt. Doug was great and showed me what the problems were on my water heater!

We use Hassell Free Plumbing for all of our projects from Remodels to new construction. He is a good honest man that does a very excellent job. He did the rough in for a Custom home in the picture below. Both the city inspector, engineer, and concrete crew new about the high quality of work he does in the area. Had another guy try to fix a leak . Worst mistake I made on a Sunday . Kasey came out and got it fixed enough so we could atleast take a shower until be new parts arrived . Only company I normally call anyway but was on a Sunday . Next time I’ll wait till I can get ahold of them as this began as a simple leak under a sidewalk and wasnt a huge issue . Became one tho after someone else tried to fix it .

The actual repair was done to the air conditioner drain pan that was leaking into the dining room ceiling.

We called Hassell Free Plumbing to put in a cut off valve by our water meter. They were able to come out only 4 hrs after I called. Doug arrived and had the job done in 1 hr. Very reasonable price, and excellent craftsmanship. Would highly recommend.

This was the third time I have used Hassle Free Plumbing. Their customer service and plumbing services are top notch. My home was built in 1978 and the home has experienced its share of plumbing issues. To date, Hassle Free Plumbing has run all my water lines overhead due to a major slab leak that insurance did not cover and today they took care of a drainage issue with the bath tub. They initially came out to look at it and determined that it could be fixed quicker than setting up an appointment for a later date. The plumber, Doug fixed the issue on the spot and he also gave me some pointers on how to attach everything correctly once the new tub was installed. If you need excellent plumbing services in the Cedar Creek area, no need to look any further. Hassle Free Plumbing is by far the best.

Hassell Free did a great job plumbing our new construction and Doug Shanks does a great job whenever we need him to come back for something.

Kasey and Maney did a complete re pipe on my 48 year old lake home. It had a slab leak. That's as bad news as it gets.They did a complete job from the meter to the house and replaced all the old pipes with new overhead insulated pipes. Very happy with there work. I recommend you give them a try. They know what they are doing. They basically killed all slab pipes and did all of it in 2 days.
