Stacy was prompt and punctual. He identified the problem, explained everything to me and ordered the part. Two days later my dryer was fixed! Very professional and I would gladly recommend!!

Stacy, the owner, was on time, fast, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and helpful! Our ice maker had been spewing water all over the inside of the freezer. He diagnosed the issue promptly and had a replacement ice maker on hand so he didn't have to come back. Stacy was awesome. Was at my home very promptly, nice red company polo and very professional. He immediately got to work and had my dishwasher working in no time. Was extremely fair with cost. Zero complaints and will most definitely use again when another appliance decides to bite the dust :)

New refrigerator in garage stopped working this morning. I called Mammoth and spoke to Tracy, the owner. They were booked for the day but he spent several minutes on the phone troubleshooting the problem. He said it was very likely the GFCI. I found the corresponding GFCI and reset it. Problem solved!
He saved me the service charge and a potential frozen food storage problem because he was very generous with his advice/time and he knew I needed help.
PS This was my first contact with Tracy and Mammoth and now I know who to call for trustworthy appliance service!

If you need an appliance repair, this is the company to call! My washer went out over the weekend. I pretty much knew that the locking mechanism broke, but of course I don't know how to replace it. So I called on Monday morning, Stacy took the time to look up the part and give me a quote over the phone. He was able to get the part that day and schedule me for this morning (Wednesday), he came on time and completed the job in a timely manner! Stacy is kind, knowledgeable, professional and has great customer service skills!

Mammoth Appliance Repair is top notch! Stacy is prompt, knowledgeable and honest. Most technicians from other companies are stiff robots, who make you feel like they're just after a huge repair bill. Stacy explained the problem in detail, repaired my appliances and charged a fair price. He's prompt and arrived when he said he would. Stacy is thorough with his work. He showed me the part of the dryer that was damaged. He replaced the heating element and it helped that I sent him the make and model number of the dryer so he could bring the part/s he suspected needed to be replaced. He was efficient with the work and the total cost was very reasonable. He went further to test the exhaust system and confirmed that the vent was clogged and recommended it to be cleaned ASAP. Otherwise, the same problem would recur.

Wow! We were quoted $1500 for a dishwasher repair by another company that hardly looked at the appliance. On a hunch we called Mammoth and Stacy came out and talked us through the possible issue. Within an hour he had diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Though I know it isn’t always the case, this particular fix was a realignment of the appliance and we were only charged $95 for the visit. The customer experience was superb and they have lifelong customers in us. Don’t hesitate to call!

Found my new go-to for appliance repair. Stacy accommodated our schedule on 1 day notice on a Friday afternoon. I've never had such a quick response and repair. I was more than happy to pay a higher than normal cost due to the quick turnaround, but surprisingly the fees for parts and labor were better than what I have paid for parts alone in the past. I'd call Mammoth Appliance Pros first before you try anyone else. Great local business.

The gentleman that came out was so friendly and professional. He felt bad for me and offered a discount install price after he confirmed I needed a new microwave. He came back out and installed it. He was so fast and friendly. I will be using Stacy for any further appliance installs we need.

Stacy at Mammoth was fantastic. As proprietor of his business, he truly cared for my satisfaction as a customer. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the repair in easily understood terms. He always treated my home as if it was his own while completing

First time to enjoy an experience with a repairman. Had some questions about issues with washer and dryer. Stacy checked my appliances for me, but no repairs were needed. He showed me some upkeep issues I need to do and how to do them. I also had some questions about kitchen appliances, and Stacy took the time to check them. Did not expect that, planned on rescheduling with him for the kitchen, but he checked them anyway. That was not expected. I did schedule an appointment next week to have fridge moved and cleaned. Would definitely recommend this company, and will use them in future.

My husband called late on a Friday and Stacy made time in his busy schedule to come out on Saturday morning at 7:00 a.m. to assess our refrigerator before his usual 8:00 start time. Not only was he on time, he was honest, caring, repaired our issue on the spot and the charge was more than reasonable. We will definitely call Stacy again with any future kitchen (or laundry) appliance issue . Five star recommendation!
