I really that the service person arrived wearing a mask. Arrived on time as expected. The person quickly determined the problem with the toilet, and fixed the problem very efficiently. The person also gave a good explanation of steps to prevent re-occurrence, and some estimates if we wanted a replacement.

Adam Griffith Plumbing called to confirm our address, and they arrived within 20 minutes. They diagnosed our problem with the toilet, got the tools and supplies, and finished the job. They left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. We will use them again.

We had a pipe burst in our building and Adam Griffith Plumbing showed up in less than an hour to fix it. Had it repaired within a day which really impressed us. The technician was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Water from my upstairs shower was leaking into the family room. I called Adam Griffith Plumbing Monday morning and John came to my home the next day. He quickly diagnosed and solved my problem. He also fixed a toilet that has been giving me trouble for quite some time. I will surely hire them for my next plumbing job. Spectacular service!!

Adam Griffith Plumbing were very kind, informative and responsive. They hit the ground running right away and found the leak and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. lawn damage at the leak location was expected but I wished the damage was a little bit less. Highly recommended.

I called Adam Griffith Plumbing about having a toilet replaced. They sent out a technician the same afternoon. He did an excellent job and his charges were very fair. I'll be calling them for any future plumbing needs I might and will recommend them to friends and relatives.

My relatively new water heater died on 12/30/20. I spent New Years Eve morning looking for an available plumber. I saw the ratings for Adam Griffith Plumbing, and decided to try them. They set a same-day appointment for me. The plumbers could not have been more professional and helpful. They explained what they were testing so I would understand the process. They immediately identified the problem, and within 40 minutes fixed the heater. I’m not one who normally writes reviews, but I highly recommend Adam Griffith Plumbing company.

I called Adam Griffith Plumbing with a plumbing need and they were able to send out a technician the same day. He installed a new shut off for the ice maker water line and replaced the valve for the line too.He was very efficient and quick.His charges were very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

Adam Griffith Plumbing needed an encanament, so I contacted them, and they were able to send a technician that same day. In addition to replacing the linha's valve, he installed a new corte for the water line of the gel making machine. He worked really quickly and efficiently. I would definitely suggest them.

Geo wanted to charge us $200 just to come out and give us a QUOTE for snaking a main line. That didn’t include snaking it, that’s just to come out to our house! Other companies charge between $200 and $300 to come out AND clear it, without needing”to see it first.”

So. I called. They took my money upfront. Confirmed an appt. No call. No show. Plumbing not fixed. Would not in a million years recommend these people

These people wanted to charge me $125 just for the pleasure of telling me how much my job would cost to replace some shower heads. So I asked if I used their service if the $125 would be credited to any amount owed. This makes no sense to me. I understand the $125 if I refused their service. All who read this there are good business people out there who don’t try to get over on you. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!!!!

Called them regarding a small gas leak from my fireplace. The "plumber" they sent proceeded to tell me my gas log lighter was defective......I had to tell him it wasn't the log lighter but the valve in the wall that had failed since it was off and gas was still makining its way to the log lighter....no clue! He then went on to say since the soapy water wasn't bubbling there wasn't a leak....I could clearly smell gas and MY gas leak detector was signaling a small leak. (he didn't have any type of leak detector). I wouldn't trust this guy to install a soap dispenser.....oh and then he wanted to collect $99......yeah right!

As a landlord and property management company we have dealt with hundreds of contractors and service companies and even though I have received poor service before, I have never received such bad customer service that I have been led to write a negative review. Took 4 days to get an appointment scheduled, then tech shows up with no tools and schedules to come back the next day, next day he no shows and we get a call 20 minutes after the service window saying his camera is broke, rescheduled for the next Tuesday and no showed again... I have been hung up on by the office staff and yelled at by the owner (Chad) who said I was disrespecting him because I questioned why he would send a technician with no tools and would make no effort to get our tenants drain clear before the weekend or rent a camera to get the work complete. He lied and said it costs $600 to rent a camera when I looked on Sunbelt and it is only $200. I will never use this company again and would recommend you go with anyone else. Our tenant has now lost 4 days of work and still has a clogged sink. Terrible company, poorly ran from the owner down. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different company!

I called Griffith Plumbing to repair a tub downspout on a rental house that I own. I had to pay a $150 preferred customer fee In advance to schedule the job. They no showed me on two separate scheduled appointment times. No call from them to inform me that they weren’t coming out or to let me know when they would reschedule. After almost two weeks of waiting I finally fixed the problem myself. They’re the most inept company I’ve ever had to deal with. They are a scam impersonating as a plumbing company. It cost me $150 to find this out. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I’m also reporting them to the BBB.
