Shelby and her crew are fantastic! She is very responsive and takes complete ownership of any property she manages. In the unfortunate event of an emergency or issue, she is on it! Shelby and her crew are some of the best we’ve worked with for managing/cleaning one of our short term rental properties on Cedar Creek Lake. Besides keeping our home immaculate, She is on top of all the minor details, great at communicating and keeping us updated. She is even awesome with guest communications! If you’re in the market for someone to manage/clean your vacation home, you will not be disappointed if you go with Shelby! We wish we could clone her for properties we have in other states 😉

Shelby does good work and is very responsive to any suggestions or criticisms and is not bothered in the least by any little finicky extras that we might require: a particular way to fold the towels, make the beds, and things like that. The house is always very clean when she is finished. I have not had great luck with house cleaners in the area and I've been very happy with A & S Cleaning.

BEWARE I made the mistake of paying before I was able to come home and see what was done. I paid for a deep clean. That's far from what I got. There was still dog hair behind the doors. Base boards were still dusty, window sills dirty and kitchen floor under the kitchen table had not been touched. She didn't bother moving anything to clean behind things. End table sill had dog hair and dust underneath. Main bath countertop had dust and dirt in the corners. I could go on but there is to much to list. They did fold my towels though. After taking to her about it for several days I was told it would be two weeks before she could come back. She was To busy. I've asked for some sort of refund and have gotten the run around. Next step is the lawyer's office and court.

Do not recommend them for deep cleanings!

I was not pleased with this cleaning company. I request a move in deep clean. We just bought a house and it has been vacant for quite some time. I explained this when booking. All they brought were Clorox wipes, magic erasers, and paper towels. With the price we paid, I expected steamers or high quality cleaning appliances.

Before they left, they told my husband it was going to take a few times to cleaning all off the grime off. Well with Clorox wipes I agree. That’s why I hired a “professional” cleaning company.
