We run a large commercial property and had one of our 8 inch lines blow out. We called JM plumbing And within 15 minutes, they were on site and scheduled the repair for same-day. We were also not sure if it needed to be inspected, and when I asked them, they had already reached out to the water department, the fire inspector and the city just to make sure. I’m so impressed with this company! They are programmed in my phone and we will continue using them for everything we need for our business. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

We are very pleased with the service provided by JM Plumbing, The two plumbers sent knocked the job out in the time promised as well as the price quoted. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service.

I had a plumbing issue on a Tuesday, and my maintenance team from my leasing agent decided that it wasn’t urgent enough, so I called JM plumbing and between the call, looking at the issue and fixing it took less then 18 hours. It was great service and I’m glad that they were nearby to help on such short notice!

First time had no problem. Follow up to correct problem found and was told that the pipe would be replaced, which was expensive, asked why not do it a cheaper way and was told he wanted to do the job right. When they came out to do the job they did it the cheap way and instead of replacing the pipe as quoted they put a coupling over the pipe instead. Once it was pointed out that what they said they were going to do and what was done was different and asked for a refund of some of the money since pipe line wasn't replaced they refused. So make sure you get any and all quotes in writing because we paid for a pipeline to be replaced and got a bandaid put in its place. The company refused to admit the switch or make adjustments to bill.

Had a major plumbing emergency when a foundation company drilled a hole into water line in foundation. My normal plumber could not work me in. No water in house if not fixed that day. They were there within 2 hours and fixed leak, which was not an easy task. Very polite and hard working as well as reasonably priced. Will definitely use JM Plumbing from now on.

Plumbers were polite and efficient, did a great job. I wasn’t quoted a price so when I got the bill, I was not expecting the amount. I called JM Plumbing to have them replace a PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve). The front desk lady, Tammy, is very professional, courteous, and helpful. She was able to get somebody out the very next day. And from what I understand, the owner was available to satisfy my concerns. I am very pleased with the water pressure, and they left no mess. They even checked out a running toilet, unrelated to the original work, and fixed the Flow Master free of charge! Keep up the great work.
