I have been extremely pleased with my interactions with Cool Hand Electric. I highly recommend them and their services. Shiloh and Colton came out to originally install AFCI, but, to be honest, I didn't know what that was and that it could cost $5000. Cool Hand patiently spoke with the realtor and buyer to explain the situation, and I'm very thankful for their time and patience.

I have nothing but praise to sing about Cool Hand Electric! I found myself in an emergency situation with a faulty plug that had burn marks in my home. Shiloh and Daniel was able to get me in same day to fix the issue! They truly went above and beyond making sure my home was safe with a full safety inspection to ensure there wasn't another issues that may have caused the problem or be an issue later on. Between Shiloh, Daniel and Kanyon they really got my house whipped into shape with some upgrades, new outlets etc. These guys were very professional, explained everything throughly and truly cared about our situation and most of all our safety! I can tell they love what they do! Thank you guys!

Tory Jackson was one of the most professional service techs I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. His handwriting alone deserves its own review. He was very clear and concise and laid all the options out. I could sense the honesty and trustworthiness in his voice. It helps making my decision to choose who I want to provide service that much easier.

I reached out after a large branch pulled down my power lines. Luke responded quickly with reassurance that they would take care of me, and that Shiloh would be coming out momentarily to help out. Shiloh worked all day (I needed many upgrades to get my older house up to current city codes), and was so kind, professional, and thorough! I would absolutely recommend them for any needs, and plan to call on them the next time I need anything!

Cool Hand Electric always provides excellent, professional service. Their dispatcher, Rebecca provided great communication during the scheduling process. Matthew was very polite and professional and arrived during the scheduled service window given. He wore his protective footwear and left the space clean and tidy.

We had an awesome day as the technicians were working in our house completing each room and returning the furniture to its original position.They talked to each other over awalky talky if they needed one anothers attention or parts without stopping work. They did a remarkable job in my whole house in record time and walked me over their work and findings they recommend we address right away and we did. We appreciated being educated on our old house being updated to be safer seniors. The Cool Hands team was so courteous introducing themselves to us and after the work was done thanked us and shook our hands saying goodbye.Because we are senior citizens we feel blessed being a member to such awesome company and great employees who are outstanding people.Cool Hands took care of all our electric problems and will check on us in a few months. Today I had the pleasure of being serviced by Tory. In today’s times, good customer service is hard to come by. Tory was very professional while still being personal, which provided me with a great sense of trust from the start. He was very transparent about the pricing and did a great job identifying and explaining other vulnerabilities in my house. I will be reaching out to Tory specifically next time I have any electrical issues at my home and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fair pricing and someone to get the job done.

P.S. he even brought my recycling bin back to the house

As always Cool Hand was awesome. Did a whole house assessment and offered a variety of needed protection solutions. Then spent time with us as we wrestled with which ones would provide the most benefit within the dollars we could spend. Installed them straightaway and explained EVERYTHING.

This is my second interaction with Cool Hands team and everyone has been wonderful with solid work and products. I am sure we will have them out again as we are able to add some of the additional surge protection products they suggested.

Cool Hand Electric is a great company. My technician was Shiloh Gill was very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company. Also Patrick is very knowledgeable. Both of these men I highly recommend.

The company came out, redid my circuit breaker, and outside connections, bringing my old home up to new home electrical standards. Shiloh was very thorough in inspecting all electrical outlets, and components to my home. I definitely will be sticking with this company for the rest of my electrical needs. Wonderful customer service.

Shiloh is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and was great with the dogs =). We’d had a lightning strike, and we really appreciate Shiloh’s thoroughness in the whole house inspection. He walked us through the evaluation, answered all our questions, and even shared some cool stuff about our electric system.
