I had never used an Electricity service company. I typed in Smoke Detector installation near me on Google. Several options came up, some I passed on, didn’t seem professional enough. I took a chance on Mr. Electric. They sent technician Travis. He was so polite, and knowledgeable. He came out and accomplished what I hired him to do with no problem. My house is over 20 years old and he helped me get up to code on things that weren’t required when the house was built, mainly surge protection. I didn’t realize how unsafe my house was, also my GCI protectors needed upgrading and he fixed me up there too. He was not pushy at all. I simply asked him to pretend he was doing a house inspection as if I was selling the house and those things that wouldn’t have passed inspection he fixed and updated. To me that’s going above and beyond what he was originally brought out to do. Im a procrastinator and I totally feel up to date things. I definitely recommend Mr. Electric, and specifically Travis if you have a choice.

Travis and David were amazing. They installed my interlock kit and provided estimates for other items. It was a pleasure to have their expertise and friendly service assist us. Thank you guys.

From receiving a reminder text and call about your appointment, to the electrician wearing shoe covers in your home, to vacuuming after themselves before they leave, I received outstanding service and would highly recommend Mr. Electric to anyone.

Fluorescent lights in kitchen went out. The company sent Travis out and he was a pleasure to work with. They text when he was en route. He was polite and professional, wearing his shoe covers throughout the house. He was very knowledgeable and I will be requesting him for future home needs.

Aaron A has come out multiple times to do different jobs. I highly recommend him, he’s courteous, professional and takes the time to explain to you what the issue is if there is one. I will call Mr. Electric again in the future and ask for Aaron!

Ray, rendered an outstanding service! He did a fantastic job fixing the circuit breaker and water heater. Not only did he resolve the issues, but he also took the time to explain the malfunctions and offered valuable suggestions for upgrading to more efficient models. Highly recommended Ray!

Matthew provided excellent service. He was very thorough and clear about the job that he was going to do. He also inspected our property for any areas of concern so that we could address them.

Jayden and David did some work at my house so I can get a mini split a/c in my garage. They throughly explained what they were going do. They both were extremely professional and great customer service. They performed the job extremely well and cleaned up area that they were working. We had an issue with one our light switches, called them Monday night, we had a tech Tuesday morning. Excellent service from the moment I called until Matthew finished the job. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable of the possible issues, gave me pricing at front without any surprises. Thanks!

Travis was awesome, I don't want another electrician doing work at my home. Travis was full of information, gave me trouble shooting advice and had an enormous amount of patience answered all of my questions and fixed my garage door opener that we couldn't figure out for a few months. Travis was my blessing for the day and HIGHLY APPRECIATED....my husband, son and I are very thankful for your professionalism and attention to detail.

Erik Carr was my tech and he did a amazing Job. Took Care of all my needs and didnt complain when I added other things! He was a courtious and even Cleaner up after himself! If you call Mr. Electric you must ask for Erik. He will be back for more projects.

Aaron Alford was outstanding. Figured out the issues, got the parts needed and completed the work in just a few hours. No small issue either with several parts to replace and rewire. Will definitely call these guys next time
