This company went well beyond my expectations and THAT is not an exaggeration!! I kid you not when I say the entire crew was amazing, I couldn’t tell you a single bad thing about anybody! Not only were they all amazing people, but their work was impeccable and they were attentive to every need I could have possibly had and never lost patience with me for any reason and they got the whole job done and then some. You are seriously in great hands when you pick Rapid Restoration, they are a huge blessing! If you’re looking for a sign to pick these guys, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!

From the beginning RR Texas was first class. Bo was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding our situation. He also took extra precaution because our boy has Cystic Fibrosis, which meant a lot. Bo also was very helpful with the insurance process, which was all new to us. Rene was extremely good with communication and keeping us looped in on everything they were doing and what was happening at our home. Justin also did a great job helping Rene and restoring our home. I highly recommend RR Texas to help you and go above and beyond to help you and your situation.

Bo was simply AWESOME! I was concerned that I had mold. He took the time to determine what it was. He then educated me on mold and how mold reacts. He also told me how to safely deal with mold. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and friendly. If I know anyone needing the services y’all offer I feel very comfortable recommending Rapid!

Had to come online and leave a review! I accidentally left my sink water on overnight in my house and called here to get help, Jace and his team came out and was absolutely amazing, he’s professional and explained everything to me in detail so that I would understand, he did an amazing job and I had to leave 5 stars for not just the work that was done but also him, if this ever happened again I will be calling to request him and his team specifically!

Rene was awesome! I called about an issue and he arrived within 30 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I gave them a try based on such high reviews. I now see why. They've earned it!

Thank you so much to Bo and Rene, and their incredible team. My moms house had a horrible water damage and mold situation. I called them at 8 am and they were on site with an assessment, and full team, and a very reasonable estimate by 2pm. Began work the very same day. I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for these respectful and kind men. I feel safe and comfortable with them in our home. 5 stars and high regards to Rapid restoration.

A great team that arrived to the site in less than an hour after an after-hours call. Beau, Clayton, and Kylie were amazing, and quickly addressed the situation. We are glad to have called them!

I had never had to work with a restoration company before and had a great experience with Rapid Restoration. They worked with my insurance, and the process was easier than I expected. Bo and Renee went above and beyond to make sure everything was totally in order (even took my trash out!). They saved me a lot of money and did not overcharge.

I can't say enough good things about Rene and the team at Rapid Restoration. The communication and the care for the customer and job is top notch. Our job (water leak) was a pretty extensive one and caused a lot of stress/anxiety on our end - Rene answered every question and concern and treated the job as if it were his own home. Bo walked us through the insurance process and handled everything with the insurance adjuster from the start. I can't thank this team enough!

Our washing machine (upstairs) malfunctioned and caused a slow but continuous water leak while we were out of town. Thankfully, the gal looking after our home noticed water dripping from a downstairs vent.

We called Rapid Restoration Texas (based on their 5 star reviews) and the founder and lead manager (Patrick and Bo) came out the next day to assess the water damage. When we told them we wanted to move forward with the recommended treatment, it literally took only 25-30 minutes for their crew (Rene, Chris, and Alex) to arrive and begin work. I cannot express enough how impressed we were with the time they took prepping the work area and gently handling our things...AND cleaning up after themselves (even hauling off carpet that we had pulled up the day before).

We had recently planked our ceiling in the area where the water damage needed to be accessed. The wood used had been discontinued. Rene, Chris, and Alex so carefully removed each piece of wood planking so we would be able to reattach those same pieces when the water treatment was complete. They were all so kind and professional. I don't usually write reviews, but we were beyond impressed with everyone from this company. We highly recommend them!!

The bathroom upstairs was having a leak that was causing the ceiling in the kitchen damage, Patrick and Bo and their crew came and had everything fixed by Christmas and then there was a toilet issue and they came and had that fixed within a day! These guys do amazing work and are super friendly and want to make sure everything is exactly the right .
