The technician was on time and fixed my water heater in an efficient and courteous manner. The cost was less than half the amount I was expecting to pay. I will be recommending Sweet water to any of my friends who need plumbing help.

Sweetwater Plumbing Company really came through for me in a bind. I had a ton of sitting water under my house and I thought that a drain pipe was leaking. They made time for me the same day and assessed the problem within 10 minutes. It wasn’t actually anything to do with the plumbing, but they gave me some ideas of how to fix it, and even tightened something on my sink to prevent a small leak for free!

Sweetwater Plumbing is amazing! Demi has gone far and beyond my expectations. Demi has done many jobs at my home with him just finishing a repipe after this awful freeze. He schedules our appts and is always on time. He’s very professional and caring with all the questions that I have for him. As long as Sweetwater is around, Demi is our guy! Demi came yesterday and gave us an estimate for the list of plumbing work we had. He came today, right in time, and methodically worked through the list: replaced the kitchen sink faucet and filtered water dispenser (noticed that our reasonably-new garbage disposal wasn't attached properly to the sink - the ring that should have been tight up against the sink flopped up and down - and fixed it), relaxed the handle on toilet, fixed a dripping shower, replaced another shower head, fixed a frozen bathtub faucet and a leaking bathroom sink faucet (the hot water one oozed water from the bottom when on). All that in one day.
Demi was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. His prices were fair and the quality of the work excellent. I will definitely call him again.

I have a tankless water heater and called a few companies when it began running cold. Sweetwater responded quickly. Very businesslike in following through on promises and frequent communication since parts had to be ordered. I will use them again and recommend them.

We had a busted hose on our hot water heater and also wanted the hot water heater replaced. They were very prompt in responding to our request. They were very professional and the work completed was excellent. We will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Having your water heater die with 2 kids under 5 during the weekend is a challenge to say the least. Demi with Sweetwater Plumbing Company came to our rescue. He was very professional, quick to respond and did a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend his work and company.

After the winter storm in February 2021 and being without power for 5 days, we found our plumbing in really bad shape. We called a number of plumbers and left messages and Demi called us back within the hour. He came out and found so many problems but was very patient and explained exactly what needed to be done! We were a little wary since we knew nothing about this company....we were really pleased and blessed to have Demi and his team complete the work. Highly recommend.....he is direct and to the point which is exactly what we needed, no second guessing!

Demi did a great job fixing my dishwasher that was not draining. He arrived right on time and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. His quote was extremely competitive. He was polite and professional. Will definitely hire him again.

Demishan and his team did a great job on plumbing repair for our townhouse. We found out the problem during Christmas week and Demishan showed up and did an inspection immediately. Great price, came out on a Sunday and fixed a leak. Pleasant, easy to work with. Price of job settled up front, no hidden costs. He took time to answer all of our questions. Will definitely give him a call next time we need a plumber!

Wow! Just let me tell you how great they are! My water heater was blistering up and leaking at the threaded joints. I was kind of worry that it was going to explode. I immediately call Sweetwater Plumbing for some expert advise. Demi came out confirmed my concerns and suggested that I replaced the water heater ASAP due to Safety issues. The water heater was almost 20 years old!!! He also gave me a variety of options to choose from and shared with me the pros and cons of each. But he never pressure me to pick anything, only advise and let me make the decision for my family and my house! I greatly appreciate that. I also had my whole entire house water piping repiped due to the old ones being galvanized pipe, which is prone to leaks and make your the water yellow as piss when you disturbed it!

The guys came out and work very efficiently and with very minimum mess. I am Asian so we don't wear shoes in the house, all of the guys respected that when they come in. Always have their boots covered! They cut very minimal and small holes in the wall during the repipe, thank goodness!
They finished everything in 3 days and keep me posted daily!

Sweetwater Plumbing came to clear a clogged drain for us and the pricing was much better than plumbers we have used in the past. I also appreciated that the plumber helped develop a plan for what to do if it happens again as this has been a recurring issue previous plumbers have failed to remedy.
