I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs! Prompt, professional, and they were quickly able to diagnose our issues and get our home nice and cool again.

Highly recommended HVAC company because they are honest, responsive, competitively priced, and provide quality service. They make an effort to repair your system and help you save money instead of trying to convince you to replace the condenser or inside unit. Steve repaired my condenser when I thought I needed to replace it, which saved me a considerable amount of money. Ben has installed a new system and ductwork at a rental property a few years ago and it works great with no issues. The price was very competitive too. Ben has even helped troubleshoot issues over a call. This is a great company because of the high quality people that run it.

He gave us more affordable options than we were quoted by the first company that came out and spent time showing my husband the system, explaining everything to us, and walking us through where we can go from here. Only AC company I will use! Always here when when we having trouble with AC! Alberto and Chris came to replace my coil today. They did a great job installing and checking everything before they left. Overall I been using Clear Creek since 2016 and my parents also use them. Good business and good trustworthy people.

Clear Creek will be the only call I ever make for my AC and heating needs! They have been so extremely busy but still made time to get with me on multiple days (not their fault, due to parts, etc.) to get my air blowing nice and cold again. I also loved the fact that they are not trying to convince you to buy a new unit, or anything that you don’t really need. If anything, it was the opposite. Cody and Shane were very understanding and the picture of professionalism. Call them!!

After dealing with another company here in College Station, we are so glad we called Clear Creek after they were recommended to us by family that live up in Leon County. I’m so happy they are now servicing the BCS area. Ben came over promptly when we called because our ac was blowing warm air. He was able to find and replace the damaged part within minutes. We will be using Clear Creek for all of our future HVAC needs.

I don’t normally recommend anyone but these folks are exceptional.

If you need a great AC company call Clear Creek Heat and Air out of Marquez.

I called them at 10am and by noon they had my system back up and cooling.

I have tried with multiple calls and text for over a month to get Rick or his office to set an appointment to service my AC. First call to the office the lady said she would have Rick contact me. As of today 3/27/23 I still have not heard from them. They installed the system but apparently don't want to service it. I have paid for a service contract but can't get service. They owe me a service call or a refund. I have had issues with my heater since they installed it. They have been out 6 times to fix it but the last cold spell I woke up to 67 degrees in my house with a thermostat set at 73. Unless you live close to this company where you can go to their office, I do not recommend them. When I contact someone for a service they should at least respond.

Had someone come out to look at our A/C unit. Was told that we needed a new one and we were lucky, they would have one installed a week later. Not an issue. I am sure we are not the only ones in need of some help. Waited a week and a half before we started calling wondering about the update on our unit. A month later, 30 calls left unanswered and not one person could help us, almost like we were blocked trying to inquire about our status on our unit. Would not recommend at all unless you want to be left in the heat.
