My refrigerator and dryer broke on two separate occasions. I called Dial Appliance both times, they had really fast service and A very fast turnaround time. I was so worried I would have to air dry my laundry but thanks for the professionalism of the employees of the Iowa appliance, I was able to not worry and knew I was in good hands 10 out of 10 would definitely use for a third time

The technician who serviced my washer was highly professional and very courteous. He arrived on the same day I called for service, which was incredibly convenient. Impressively, he had a drain pump in his truck and was able to fix the washer within 30 minutes with no issues. His promptness and efficiency were outstanding. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again if any of my appliances break.

I went with this company due to their glowing reviews and I was not disappointed. Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies in the area that don't show up at the scheduled time, don't answer their phones and/or downright rude - not Dial Appliance, very happy I found them.
