Used HT floors three times for my rental properties, loved the quality of the work and their competitive pricing and decided to use them to remodel my homestead. Redid my living room, staircase and kitchen counter-tops. Highly recommend them, especially if you compare them to the others out there.

I worked with Bob Gray to remodel my kitchen, half bath and laundry room. Bob and his crew completed my job on schedule. Bob listened to my ideas and made suggestions. The team gutted my 1995 kitchen, bath and laundry room and installed new tile, cabinets, granite, back splash, molding and paint. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend Bob Gray and HT Floors for your remodeling needs.

I called HT Floors to complete an upstairs flooring job that Home Depot's contractor had started. The floor needed more attention than Home Depot's contractor would perform. That's because the floor was not quite flat in a few spots.

HT Floors came out twice to come up with a solution before quoting the job. The solution was to glue the floors down rather than nail. Their quote was enough lower that we saved money while getting a solution to our problem. Nice!

The crew came out a few days later and got the floor in. Looks great! There was one thing the crew forgot to do, I didn't notice it for a few days. I said something to our rep (Chase) and he came out an hour later and did the work himself in about 20 minutes.

The service was professional, as promised, timely and cost-effective. I will definitely be calling them again, we found out they do a lot more than floors.

I was really needing a fast cost effective solution for a small room for my daughter. She had ripped the carpet up and tried to do a "do it yourself" laminate flooring project.

I reached out to 3 different specialists including HT Floors and Chase Day in particular. Chase not only reacted quickly, he offered my the best possible solution against the other two contenders. He listened to my needs and didn't try to get a pushy up-sell.

He explained things very clearly and offered choices, but was clear to let me decide. He had the whole thing done within a few hours 2 days later. It was perfect and my daughter was genuinely happy.

He was also the cheapest alternative to boot.....thank you Chase for saving the day!!

I have him working on another project for me already. Great experience!!!

We retained HT Floors and Remodel to do pretty much a complete renovation, appx $120,000, of our home starting in April 2021 after we purchased it in February 2021. The only thing that wasn't completely replaced throughout the house was cabinetry in kitchen and bathrooms. The house is 4280 SF.

I have held off on posting this review because I feel in an undertaking like this perspective is important and taking into account the situation in the industry that was starting to take shape in early 2021.

Hank is attentive, will return correspondence (calls/emails) in a timely fashion and will come out to your project upon request and as appropriate to check on progress.

While the details of the costs estimate left something to be desired. I was a bit paranoid that the scope was vague because I didnt want to have to deal with potential issues on the end of the job as far as we asked for this but you didnt do it or this wasnt completed etc. Fortunately this situation never happened.

I had solicited at least a dozen contractors to bid the project and Hank's pricing was the most reasonable for the total project. Sure, he was higher on some things like painting than others but better on other items like custom closet install and flooring. During the process he was the only one who really seemed to take the time to understand what I was wanting to accomplish. As stated his estimate wasnt the most detailed but it certainly wasnt the worst either. Some of the estimates you will see are terrible and it makes you wonder how that person is even in business to begin with. We set up a payment schedule (there were 8 total payments) based on progress benchmarks and once we were happy those benchmarks were achieved we made a payment based on completed work.

The project started in early April 2021 and finished in early August 2021. Its important to not the house was not occupied so there was nothing in the way to slow down the process. There were some things that needed to be addressed and those items were handled during the punch list process and everything that needed to be addressed was eventually taken care of as promised. The job finished about a month later than what was initially discussed. Again, with perspective and seeing the big picture in what the industry was experiencing with labor and supply shortages I now look at this as a win that it was only a month and not more.

I think Hank goes above and beyond in the fact he isnt looking to nickel and dime you and toss out a bunch of supplements. There was no increase in labor or materials as the project went on as material costs (particularly lumber) were increasing and no increases in labor. What I was quoted in the initial estimate is what was paid. Also, during the renovation process when we wanted to add things Hank just put together a supplement, we discussed it and that was that. It was easy to do and there was never any push back or saying that this is going to mess up the timeline.

When the work was complete everything turned out as best as we could have hoped for. There were no disappointments. One thing to keep in mind during this process is that contrary to what you may think your house wasnt built perfectly, especially in the suburbs and your contractor has to work with what was already in place.

The only constructive criticism I would give Hank is to give more communication during the renovation process so you know what to expect and understand why things are happening the way they are happening.

Looking back I can say you can trust his process and know that things will get done and things will turn out the way they should even though it might not seem like it at the time, especially if you are looking at the job progress every day like I was. Hank is solid to deal with and as good as you can hope to find in the DFW area.

We put in wood floors in our master bedroom and closet to match the living room area. HT Floors gave us a very competitive bid and the end product looks great! Hank, Chase, and the gang took great care of us. I was impressed with their attitude and professionalism. Will definitely consider them in the future.

HT Floors & Remodel just completed our kitchen remodel. Their work was excellent! Everyone from the Owner, Project Manager and subcontractors were professional. They communicated everything and followed up so there were zero surprises. Nothing was left that was not perfect. We are now having HT Floors & Remodel remodel our master bathroom and main bathroom. You will not find a better contractor anywhere. They care about their work and their customers. Perfection! Professional! Communicative!

The owner Hank knows how to run a business. He gave us a competitive bid as we were looking for someone to remodel our new house from paint, granite, tiles in bathrooms, wood all over the first floor. His price was competitive with the big box store, but their customer service was even better. Its been six months now and we are extremely happy with the whole experience. I will recommend them

I got my kitchen remodeled by HT Floors, and they did a great job. Hank is super nice and very professional. He completely understood the project and everything went as scheduled and planned. His pricing was reasonable. I am very excited and love my new kitchen. I had the floors, countertop, and backsplash replaced. I will be hiring him for my bathroom project soon.

We're so pleased to have found HT Floors and Remodel for our large renovation project. We replaced all flooring throughout the house, rebuilt the staircase, and did a complete update remodel to our kitchen and laundry room. They were very accommodating and easy to work with, came in very close to the initial bid, and even finished the work a couple weeks early. We couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend their work and will certainly use them again for future needs.

Hank and his team did such a great job remodeling my parent’s two story home. The remodeling project consisted of: painting, flooring, rod iron staircase bolsters, kitchen & bathroom remodels with new countertops and plumbing fixtures. If you need a “one stop shop” he can do it! It was definitely a huge task since the home hadn't been remodeled in over 25 years. Hank’s done remodeling work for myself previously in the past and always took such exceptional care. Quality of work was great and the price was always fair and reasonable. It was definitely a “no brainer” to give the remodeling of my parents home to Hank. He definitely gave me peace of mind that everything would get taken care of properly. He is someone who is professional, very experienced, honest, trustworthy, and always strives to make his clients happy. These qualities are very hard to find in this line of business. I highly recommend Hank and his team!

I LOVE my beautiful new kitchen! After receiving a very fair bid from HT Floors and Remodel I gave a deposit and we got straight to work. They said the job would take 8 weeks and it took just under that. I've never had a contractor finish ahead of time. They have the best tile guy in the city. All of the different crew members that came to the house were really wonderful.
Was everything perfect - no - did they fix it when it wasn't - YES! I will use them again on my future projects. Owner Hank has a high level of integrity and I truly enjoyed working with him.

We love HT Floors and remodling! We started our complete kitchen remodel and complete tear out of all floors throughout our downstairs in 2nd week of November. Project was completed week of Christmas. Only thing we’re waiting on is my oven on back order from Lowe’s due to Covid, but wanted to post the beautiful work they did. Hank the owner was very communicative, great insight, expertise, his staff very professional and friendly, work was top notch, and overall I was very impressed with my new beautiful kitchen. We had cabinets torn out, beautiful new island built, backsplash done, countertops, custom features, and all lighting installed. I would highly suggest using Hank on any kitchen remodels or flooring needs. He also does bathrooms as well. I can’t wait to post the before and after and show off my beautiful kitchen. We’re so happy and love how big my kitchen is now.
