Charles was very helpful and totally fun to work with. Even went 30 mins beyond the closing time to let us view both the model homes.

Francis was fantastic despite the fact that I prolonged the process, she was patient with me throughout, even when she was unable to reach me by phone or email for time-sensitive matter.
Ryan stayed with me during the blue tape inspection and even afterward to answer questions and help fix any difficulties I had. Both made the procedure very enjoyable.

We feel incredibly thankful and blessed to have found Bloomfield at Painted Tree. From the moment we met Francis Carrasco, we knew this was different—her professionalism and warmth made us feel instantly at home. Bloomfield Homes delivered on that, thanks to the outstanding support from Francis and Ryan. From day one, Francis created an inclusive and reassuring environment. She was highly professional, transparent, and responsive throughout the process. No sugarcoating, just honest communication — and that’s exactly what you want when making such a big investment.

Francis kept us updated consistently, even sharing progress photos during construction, which gave us peace of mind. There was a situation where the driveway was poured during extreme cold and snow, but the Bloomfield team promptly replaced it later during warmer weather — no pushback, just proactive problem-solving.

When it came to the pre-closing walkthrough, Ryan stepped in and ensured all identified issues were taken care of efficiently. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction stood out.

One thing that really impressed me was their flexibility during construction. I requested a change in the media room wiring layout, which I had originally missed in the design. Francis didn’t hesitate to get it adjusted mid-construction, which was a huge relief.

Post move-in, I had two minor warranty concerns, and both were resolved promptly by the builder’s team without any hassle.

In terms of build quality, I’ve noticed that Bloomfield Homes in this area have held up impressively — especially during recent heavy winds and tornadoes, Bloomfield’s builds remained untouched.

Francis was amazing with the whole process and experience of purchasing our property from Bloomfield homes. She walked us through all the available home and plans and made sure to help us pick the one that suited our needs.
Ryan was patient and helpful through the blue tape process and got all the work done prior to closing (a tight deadline). All minor fixes that we noticed after closing were promptly taken care of. Both Francis and Ryan are very helpful throughout the process.

Francis and Ryan have been amazing. They made our process so much easier. We were looking at other areas and working with other lenders before. Francis took the time out her schedule to speak with us and answer any questions that we had (I ask lots of questions). Being a first time homeowner, you try to do your research but it made the process so much easier working with them. Once Francis got us in touch with CMG financials the ball was rolling and this was a ride I was eager to get on.

What a great home design and builder for your next home 🏡. You should go look at the model home and floor plans, I'm sure they have the right floor plan for you. They also take care of the community, they brought Girls who Twirl Cotton Candy out.

My husband and I bought our first home in August. We had looked around for a while but fell in love with the Bloomfield homes in Painted Tree! Francis was so helpful while we were deciding which floor plan to buy and helping get us exactly what we wanted. The builder, Ryan, was great during the buying process. He ensured the home was perfect for us upon closing and move in. We love our home and the community so much and are so happy we decided to buy a Bloomfield home in the Woodland District! The yard is a great size for our dog, and we love going on walks throughout the neighborhood on the trails!
