My air conditioning unit went out early in the morning on a day promising to be 102°. I called hoping for the best and I got it! Thank you so muchThe technician showed up at 11 AM. Had to go back to the shop and get some replacement parts once he diagnosed the problem and then Decision returned to complete the repair All within about three hours. My technician Erik was outstanding, explained everything to me about what needed to be done was friendly and courteous and efficient. I will definitely use Joplin again.

Donovan was a great technician and carried out the preventive maintenance without any issues. Appreciate the work he did. Have never had any issues with Joplin’s and using them for HVAC repairs or maintenance.

Rogelio performed our biannual maintenance on our HVAC system today. He was polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. After he checked everything out and changed out our air filters on both units, he gave us a summary of what he found. Luckily everything was in great shape. Now we can rest easy knowing that our system is in good working condition for the fall and winter months. I highly recommend Joplin’s for your ongoing HVAC care and maintenance!

Joplins has been our AC company for the entire time we have lived in our home. They have been reliable and provide prompt excellent service. We recently had an issue with our AC and Brad came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and identified a fix and had us up and running in an hour. Highly recommend Joplins

I have used Joplins for years and have always been pleased. Service Technician Jason Chavoya just did my heating maintenance and was very professional and explained everything about the system and gave some recommendations on 4 inch filters versus 1 inch filters.

Cody was exceptional and spent 40 minutes talking to me about our system. He was willing to go back in the attic after asking him about something after he was done inspecting the system. We had other companies come out for an opinion before Bill Joplin and they gave us estimates for work that Cody didn’t think was needed. I felt he was honest and customer service oriented. Grateful to have called Bill Joplin!

We use Joplin for all of our heating and cooling needs. Andrew came to do our winter checkup for one out our new units. Still under warranty for checkup for 2 years. Liked they wear booty socks over their work shoes to keep home clean. Highly recommend Joplin.

Joplin A/C & Heating was great! Another company we had done business with for 10-15 years ghosted us and went out of business and Joplin came to our rescue. I wanted a local business and they are here in McKinney, were very knowledgeable and professional and reasonably priced.

Jason Chavoya was professional and personable. He explained what he did to ensure my heater was working properly & up to date on maintenance. We have been with Joplin’s since moving to Texas & have been very happy with the care and service.

Moved into my new construction home about a year ago. Soon after, the furnace quit. Being under builder warranty, their HVAC company serviced it. Issues with it not working continued, even after multiple tech visits and being told each time that it was fixed. Had a 3rd party inspection done recently (at 10 months). The inspector identified an issue with the AC that needed checked and a serious safety issue with the furnace! Furnace pictures revealed that it was not repaired properly and really did need immediate attention.
Though still under builder warranty (which would cover costs if using their HVAC company), I instead chose to call Joplin's, as highly recommended. It was worth it; they're professional, pleasant and genuine in trying to fix HVAC problems.
Master tech Gabe Hall is outstanding!! He was careful to approach the issues in a complete and thorough way. He kept me informed throughout. All that Gabe said made sense. When unsure on an aspect of the furnace matter, he brought in a supervisor (Joe) to assist. They worked as a team, again keeping me well-informed. Gabe's notes (included with invoices) are detailed, useful should any future issues come up.

We had a great experience with Jeff Mallory from Joplin Air Conditioning and Heating. Jeff was courteous, professional and very pleasant to work with. He conducted inspections of our (2) HVAC plants, explaining that both units were in good working order. We truly appreciate his quality of service and attention to detail. This is our second visit from Joplin and each time the techs were professional and easy to deal with. We highly recommend Joplin Air Conditioning and Heating.

Imagine having no A/C or heat for 18 days (with 2 littles) and another HVAC company telling you there's nothing they can do while they wait for a part to come in.... THANKFULLY I had the gut feeling to get a second opinion. I called Bill Joplin's and from the beginning the customer service was 5 stars!! They saw I called after hours and called me back even before they opened for the day! I spoke to Hailey and Joe about my ongoing issue and they were super friendly and responsive. They got a service tech out same day (THANK YOU JUSTIN ENGELLEITER!!) and he was able to get me the part I needed. Even drove out of his way to get it and bring it back within a few hours and get my problem resolved!! I am SO THANKFUL I found them and I will be referring my entire family and friends to them! I wish it didn't take me so long! I'M GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL!

Bill Joplin's is a great company! I always appreciate what they do to take care of their clients. They just installed an new A/C & furnace and they delivered an installed as promised. Jason has been doing our PM's and does a great job!!
