My first use of Burnside AC and Heating as I was dissatisfied with our previous service company. I was looking for a local company with an excellant record and found Burnside from the Better Business Bureau where they have an outstanding service record. Chris, our service technician, did the most thorough inspection and service on our AC units that has ever been done. We received same day service and the service was outstanding.

We have been using Burnside for our AC and heating for years and have been very happy with the service individuals sent to our house as well as the responsiveness when issues arise.

Garrett was fantastic. He personable, knowledgeable and accomplished the job quickly. Burnside is great!!!

Arrived 5 min. early for fall tune-up and did a very thorough job of cleaning and checking all 3 units. Found an issue with 1 unit and scheduled repair.

CADEN was the BEST! I got home after 5pm to an overheated house. My AC unit was not blowing cold air. I called Burnside and Caden was at my door within 30 minutes. He immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor. While inspecting my unit he noticed that my filter needed changing and helped me do that too. He also noticed that my drain-line was clogged and explained the importance of getting that line redone with Burnside's plumbing department. I'm now a Gold Star Member and trust them to keep my family cold in the hot Texas summers.

We called Burnside to check our A/C unit for the upstairs in May because it never cooled off. All of the technicians were professional and explained everything that would be checked and needed to be done. During the inspection the technician found out that the builder had installed a A/C unit that was too small for the square footage. After replacing the unit with the right size and offering to change all the filters, the upstairs is so much cooler than ever before! The technicians even suggested other things like updating the thermostat if we wanted and cleaning out the air ducts and now my allergies are much better! Thank you so much for the great job everyone did!

Since Burnside did such a great job, I have contacted them again to check our leaking water heater and some other minor plumbing issues.

The service was very thorough with good explanations of the needs for pur unit. Very professional. We have been with Burnside for over 30 years and highly recommend.

All of the guys that have come out to help us get our new AC unit installed and running have been great! My only complaint is they left a mess in the house and they installed the new AC base over a sprinkler head which then had to be repaired.

We experienced a AC failure in July. Burnside technician Kayden quickly responded located the problem, a faulty capacitor. He did not have a replacement on his truck, and could not get anyone in the shop to bring him one. So he traveled to the shop obtained the replacement returned and quickly repaired our AC. Today 08/11/2025 he returned and performed a maintenance inspection. His detail to work and pleasant attitude are commendable. He is an asset to Burnside for his expertise and friendly nature.

Technicians are always on time and professional. I've used Burnside for over a decade because of their outstanding employees

We have a maintenance contract with Burnside A/C & Heating. Hamza came out, checked it all out, cleaned the outside units, verified everything is in good shape for the winter. Been a customer for years.

Had an issue with our upstairs units not cooling . Called burnside and had a technician here in 2 hrs. He checked out the system,explained the problems and gave me the price to repair and got to work. Bill was $2,500 but we had cold air and he explained the options on replacing the system which will be in the next year or when it goes down again.absolutely awesome experience and cheaper than the last company

I arrived home after 7 p.m. to a house well close to 90 degrees. A friend recommended that I contact Burnside so I did. Bailey took my call and immediately began taking steps to have a technician come as soon as possible. I do not live in Burnside's normal service area so Bailey secured the necessary approval to have a tech make the special trip. She communicated clearly both the time table and fee structure for the visit. Everything went according to plan. I am very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of how this was handled.

I am so impressed with Burnside!!! I will never even consider using anyone else. I was u def a lot of pressure and the heating system was not working correctly and they found a minor inexpensive solution. Another local vendor charged way more for a similar situation. I immediately sighed up for their annual program. God bless thrm

We have used Burnside for years. Technicians come on time. We recently had to have the fan in the air conditioner replaced. The technician, Cody, was able to get us a discount from the original estimate.
