We are so pleased to have found a trust worthy HVAC company here in McKinney who was thorough in investigating what was causing our furnace to recycle without firing up. Choice installed our unit several years ago and it has been well worth the money invested. Came home to the outside unit not running this evening, made a service call figured it would be something minor. Chip arrived and ran through some checks and narrowed the problem down promptly and explained his findings, upon solving the problem he checked everything else and gave the unit a clean bill of health. Chip has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares that his customers are taken care of.

As you can easily tell from their spectacular reviews, Choice Air Care comes highly recommended. I reached out to them for a second opinion after the original company I called charged $600 and spent 15 minutes onsite diagnosing my cooling issues. They then proceeded to tell me it would be an additional $9k for repairs and pushed hard for me to utilize their astronomically high APR financing.
When I called Choice Air Care on Saturday morning the scheduler promptly answered my call and listened to my story. She said not to worry, they'd have someone out within a couple hours (on Easter weekend to boot!) Chip arrived shortly and within 30 minutes had shown me why all the HVAC units didn't need to be replaced. At that point, I felt like he should have been wearing a superhero cape! It gets better though! He scheduled his repair team to come out two hours later, the same day, and at 1/3 of the original contractor’s price. The installation techs were on time, professional, and did a superb job. (I bet all that has to do with their Rockstar supervisor, John.) That guy is going places.
The team at Choice Air Care easily stand above the rest and will be my first and only recommendation I have to friends or family needing any HVAC work.

Choice care air is by far the BEST ac company we've ever used. They work 24/7 and came to our house late at night to repair our air so we didn't have to try to sleep without it! The service was fast and excellent. This company is owned by a truly good man. He pays it forward when he can and takes great care of his customers!!!! Don't choose any other company if you want awesome service and help with your ac needed!

Choice Air Care has been out twice to fix our condensate line and most recently to clear a blockage in that line(after 2 years). Skooter was our tech both times and he always arrives early, gets down to business quick and finds and fixes the issue. Highly recommended!

We called choice air care today to see if they could come diagnose our ac. We were given a 3 hour window of when they could be here and they actually arrived on time. Chip and his associate (I didn't catch his name) were very professional and really knew what they were doing. Chip was very honest with us and helped us make the best decision for us. We will definitely be calling choice air care for any of our future hvac needs.

We had Choice install a brand new AC unit for our lower level a few weeks ago. Had a minor issue and Owen came out & fixed us right up, we have 2 year labor warranty and he didn't charge us a service call which I greatly appreciated. They were quick to respond when we called them on Sunday night and fixed us all up.

HVAC Choice Air Care has been Amazing! They showed up on the same day of our phone call and were at our house ready for a full install the next morning. Chris has been very helpful and immediate to respond and help with any of our questions.

If you have any AC issues... You should definitely go with Choice Air Care.

Our AC was having trouble keeping up with the hot weather so I called Choice Air Care, based on these reviews and the BBB. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was blown away. Not only did I get stellar service the same day I called on the weekend, Owen was the consummate customer service rep and provided us the best service of any of our recent dealings with local service providers. I recommend Choice and Owen to anyone having HVAC issues. I'm signing up for the yearly service program.

Excellent! Arrived on time and did a great inspection of our AC unit in our new house. Gave me a thorough report of what it looked like, what to watch, and what to expect in the future. Had problems setting up our new thermostat a week later and they came right out and helped us get it up and running (we had a bad wire). We will keep Choice Air Care on our calendar for seasonal inspections and any future repairs. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

Our AC unit went out over the weekend, so I called Choice Air Care first thing on Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for noon. The AC Technician (Skooter) arrived on-time and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem.

I am very happy with their service and plan to use them again!

These guys are absolutely wonderful. Chris, the owner came out for the initial inspection and wanted to ensure that the issue was properly diagnosed, so he allowed the test to run overnight. Next, we worked with Chip who was able to deliver the diagnosis. We had been scammed out of thousands previously by someone who falsely claimed to be a certified specialist and the people at Choice Air Care were very sympathetic with our special situation. They also charged the system for us to give us some cool air while we waited a few days on a part that was needed. Unlike all of the previous companies that we had out to diagnose the problem, Choice Air Care took NO MONEY from us until the job was completed. Don’t even hesitate, this is the company to go with if you want things done right!

I’ve been having some cooling issue with an older a/c unit in my home. As of late it seems to not be cooling my home especially at night. I called Choice Air Care after reading the great reviews and Chip was sent out to my home. I must say that everything that was said about him on yelp turned out accurate. He diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving and told me exactly what’s been happening with my unit. I’m going to invest in a new unit and will definitely be reaching out to Chip. I’m always looking to do business with people I can trust and he fits the bill. Thanks for the quick competitive estimate and I will be calling to schedule soon!

After many bad experiences with AC companies in the area we were so happy to find Choice. Not only did they quote the best price to replace our AC unit, but they were incredibly professional. Chris was incredibly responsive, on time and did a wonderful job following up after the install to make sure everything went well. He was always extremely honest and straightforward.

I highly recommend Choice Air Care; my A/C went completely out on a Friday afternoon at the end of May 2018 where temperatures had hit 100+ for several days in a row; I have 2 kids; a 15 month old and a 3.5 yr old. I called Choice Air Care on a Saturday; they sent Chip out on a SUNDAY!!!!!!!! he was so helpful; we worked a fair price and then they installed the system that next morning at 8:00 a.m.; we had brand new system in less than 15 hours from when I met with Chip; price was the best around and service is by far best around.

Chris at Choice Air Care was very professional and efficient! He came to service my A.C. within a couple hours of my call, and had everything on his truck to make my repair with one trip! We will definitely be using Choice Air Care again!

Chris and Team were fantastic. Chris came out late on a Saturday afternoon when everyone else wanted big up charges, and a few locals even said the parts were more on the weekends. After a few minutes, Chris found my compressor toast and was giving me options. With in an hour he had me scheduled for a new unit at 9 am the next morning (Sunday.) Besides the outstanding Customer Service, the price for the new unit was really good. Not once was it mentioned that it was the weekend. I wish there were more people that cared about Customer Service like Chris. Usually when you here your A/C is done, panic sets in. This was actually a great experience considering. These guys are top notch. My AC went out in the early morning hours of Father’s Day and Chip from Choice air came out to look at the unit same day.... on Father’s Day! And he could not have been nicer about it.

I had a total loss and needed the entire system (18years old) replaced. His crew came out the next day and got the job done quickly. I gave them the code to the garage and they went in and got everything done while my wife and I were at work.

Chip worked with the distributors to get me a great price and arranged financing so I didn’t have to pay for all of it up front.

I highly recommend Choice Air for all you HVAC needs. They are trustworthy and fast.

I wanted to compliment what great, efficient, and friendly service I received from Choice Air. I got home after work late and realized that my AC wasn't working. I called another AC company that showed had great reviews and advertised that they were open 24 hours, but when I called I got a voicemail. This seemed to be false advertising. So I called Choice aIr based on the stars they received. Spoke to Chris and he was very helpful when I had some questions regarding what could be wrong with my AC. He gave me a window in which to expect a call from Chip the service AC person which was between 9-11pm. I thought, oh boy that's late, but I'm not going to be able to sleep and it's going to be a long night. And after I hung up with Chris, within 20 minutes, Chip called and said he was about 20 minutes away down the road. He arrived and was very friendly and so fast! He obviously knew what he was doing because he was done within 20 minutes. So from the time I called Chris and the time that Chip was done with the service call it was under 1.5 hours. What great service! I was so impressed. My AC was up and running and the house was cool. The whole process was so easy. Can't say I get such great service like that frequently. Thanks guys!
