Absolutely professional...knew exactly what to do and wonderful to understand recommended to anyone who wants quality service!!

I called Perfect Climate Air for a pre-season AC inspection. They were very courteous on the phone walking me through what they were going to check. When they arrived they walked me through everything they were checking and why. They went in the attic to check the furnace, blower and coil. They used booties on their shoes when they came into my house and were very polite to my pets as well. I love supporting family owned small business, especially when they are so professional, polite, and reasonably priced
. I’ll be using PCA for all my hvac needs for years to come and I have suggested them to my own family as well.

We recently moved to Texas and are renting a home in McKinney. Our air conditioner "stopped working"...I had no idea what the problem was. Kenny and his son came by, had us diagnosed and got us up and running with nice cool air in no time. They were very informative, very fair and very good. I'm new here in Texas but would definitely, 100%, recommend Perfect Climate Air for any of your HVAC needs in the McKinney/Dallas area.

Perfect Climate Air, INC is a true Godsend! After weeks of being told our AC was unfixable, Ken and his son Kenny—truly great, patient people—came out to Princeton, TX, did a proper diagnostic, and told us all we needed was a new thermostat and a refrigerant top-off. They took photos and explained everything clearly. As a father-son team, they run their family business with honesty, kindness, and care. By far the best HVAC company we've worked with in Collin County. Our home went from a sweltering trial by fire to a cool, peaceful refuge. Call them—you won’t regret it!

I called Perfect Climate Air and met with owners Ken Sr. & Ken Jr. They’re the most knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy HVAC technicians I’ve ever had the chance to work with. I had called two other local companies regarding my AC unit that wasn’t working. Both companies said I was looking at a 12k+ new system replacement. Ken Sr and Son at Perfect Climate Air diagnosed the problem in ten minutes, installed a new part and my unit is running perfectly again! Kenny was such a great help! Was experiencing my unit not blowing cold air. Kenny quickly came out and found where the freon leak was and had me up and going all within the day. Cant thank him enough!

My AC was malfunctioning after a lightning storm so I called Perfect Climate Air to figure out the problem.
Ken arrived the next day to take a look. He was careful in his investigation and nailed down the root cause. You could tell that he took his work seriously and that he was an overall genuine person.
