CAM AIR picked up my request for an A/C that did not cool from Choice Home Warranty and it took Choice a few days to approve the work order. Joe, Jonathan and Jeremiah brought out a new heat pump and air handler for the upstairs and got started about 11:00 this morning. They were courteous and covered their boots to go upstairs on my carpet and offered to vacuum when finished. Easy going, hard working crew with no smoke breaks or cell phone interruptions. They finished the complete tear out and install by 5:45 and left me with a brand new heat pump and air handler and you could never tell that they were here. All the debris was picked up and the floor vacuumed, the carpeted stairs need another vacuuming and I could not be more pleased. Great to see this pride in workmanship and sharing of responsibility, as well as personal pride in a job well done. Many kudos to CAM AIR,
and would be thrilled to have them assigned to the next problem I have with This Old House.

A very complicated job since my equipment is in the attic, and in one day they did their job very well, removing old equipment that was 20 years old and putting in the new equipment, excellent work.
