Louis was on time, pleasant and quick.
Great repair service!

I saw my neighbor had Sears come to their home to fix an appliance. He had good things to say about them. I saw their number on the van and I called to book the appointment for my dishwasher. My technician called me an hour and a half in advance to let me know he was on his way. He was able to fix, or I should say reboot, my 20 year old Kenmore dishwasher. The parts I needed replacing aren’t made anymore. I’m happy he was able to get it working again after a year of handwashing dishes myself. He gave me tips on how to maintain it working as long as possible.

Joshua did a good job on the work performed. Unfortunately the problem was not corrected by what he did. The problem initially reported over a month ago still persists.

I had a wonderful experience with Sears Home Services. The Service Technician, Angel, was able to quickly detect the cause of why the AC was not working properly. The AC was back up and working in no time. Thanks SHS!!

Zach did an outstanding job of explaining the ice maker to me. Very knowable and professional.

Very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again if needed. You pick the day and time for them to come out. They remind you of your appt often just in case you need to change it. My dryer actually works better now than when I first bought it.

Victor arrived in the morning on an all day appointment, which was great. He was very polite and professional. Vic had the parts with him to repair multiple issues with my dishwasher. He was an actual Sears repairman and not a contractor which I appreciated very much. Thank you

Vic is amazing! He was able to troubleshoot and fixed my dryer vent connection issue in no time! He showed me what I did wrong when attaching the vent hose to the dryer. Once the issue was resolved, Vic gave me some tips to prevent the issue from recurring and timeliness for to have my dryer serviced. I would highly recommend Vic to service your dryer.

He was nice and talked through what he saw and did to resolve the issue.

Amazing experience. Ordered the part and it was suppose to take a week. It came in the following day and they immediately came back and installed it.

Mario was excellent. He knew what was wrong with my dryer just by listening to it. He was on time, worked with care and was very nice. He has decades experience working on washers and dryers. If you call Sears for washer or dryer repair, ask for Mario. You will not be disappointed.

My technician was quick and very efficient. Even though they were not able to fix my issue due to it being a different issue and what they specialize in, the technician explained everything thoroughly

He saved us some money by recommending we not pay for a repair when a new one costs about the same and comes with a warranty. He said the repair he would do might only last a short time with the other potential problems the old refrigerator has.

Kevin the technician that done my refrigerator repair was a very pleasant man. He’s knowledgeable of the various ice makers. He diagnosed our issue and was able to repair in a normal time frame.
