I have used Jason's Air Tex for the past few years. Jason and the technicians are very knowledgeable, honest and quick to repair the problem, and the office staff are very friendly. I highly recommend using Jason's Air Tex for all your HVAC needs.

James just came and fixed our AC. Couldn’t be nicer, more knowledgeable if he tried. We’ve had 6 different repair people to look at the AC and nobody else could fix it. Within 30 minutes James had our AC up and running and did it with a smile. Hurry up and use him before he retires!

Our system is about 15 years old. The Texas summers put it to the test. Jason’s has come to the rescue with amazing speed and professionalism. They diagnosed and repaired our unit without upselling or misrepresentation. I am shouting from the rooftops, please use Jason’s for ALL your HVAC needs!!

Jason and his crew did a tremendous job on switching out our AC unit they were on time very professional and they did exactly what they said they were going to do great price and was very informative about what was going on with the unit before thank you Jason and your entire staff I would recommend them to anybody needing anything repaired or fixed with their AC.

I would like to say that I was really impressed with Mike from Jason's Air-Tex. I had had two other techs come out and they were giving me outrageous quotes. But Mike was very honest and replace a part on my furnace. He got my heat going for my family and I really do appreciate that. He went above and beyond.

James that covers Desoto area has fixed both of my a/c units. Both times he has handled the work in a timely manner. He gave me great advice on maintaining my unit. Based on my interactions with James I would definitely recommend this company. The only thing is both times took a few days before they could make it out but it's a smaller company and this is a large metroplex so it wasn't too bad all things considered.

If they could be rated 10 🌟, I'd give them!!!!

I actually have a Great story about how I was introduced to Jason's Air Tex..I was pumping gas at Kroger's and a woman started up a conversation with me...and she got on the subject of Heating problems..she told me that she used Jason's Air Tex and she would ssooo recommend them...a gentleman over heard our conversation and ask if we were talking about Jason's Air Tex..she said.. Yes and he replied.."well that's my cousin who owns it!!!"

Jason’s Air-Tex is professional and prompt ! My A/C is blowing nice and cold install looks amazing . Installers were on time wore booties to keep my floors clean while installing they laid down a tarp so no damage was done to my floors while installing . I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future . Thank you Jason’s Air-Tex .

Very fast arrival from when I first called to report air conditioning not working. Nathan explained situation clearly. He was kind and patient and repaired my air conditioner efficiently

Jasons tech's were very knowledgeable and always gave us several options. They even came out at 6pm to install a new unit when we had been without a.c. for 5 days due to an issue with our horrible property manager. They were our life saver. They will go above and beyond and do it with smiles and professionalism. The office staff were also very helpful and took care of us. Gave us honest answers and helped is work through our obsticles.

I used their services per a recommendation and im happy i did. I have used their services twice. Their techs are always polite and knowledgeable. I had 2 techs working on my unit and they didnt stop until the job was done. Even though my "emergency" situation might have not seemed so urgent to others, i had a sick baby and needed services asap. They arrived before the time frame given. I was extremely thankful. They went straight to work and knew exactly what was going on with my unit without alot of useless troubleshooting. I would recommend them and continue to use them.

Being over 100 a house can warm up quickly. Jason’s not only gave a realistic time frame, they came to the earliest time frame given. Tech was in and out in less than an hour. System is back up and running like a dream. Thankful to be seen same business day and cost to be cool is priceless.

They were on time, very kind and polite. Did a great job! I would highly recommend them and I would use them again!

Earlier this year, we had to replace both air conditioning units and all ducts in our home. Obviously a stressful and expensive repair made easier due to Michael from Jason’s Air Tex.
Michael and Devon spent about 2-3 hours determining where all of our ducts were located and taking accurate measurements to design our duct system. They also created a plan for the least invasive way to take out and replace our ducts. Our family would like to thank Michael and the other members of the repair team. Our new system is amazing and cools and heats the house wicked fast. Our family would also like to personally recognize Michael. He’s honest, hard-working, and meticulous in his work. Thank you Michael!

Communication with the office was great! Our tech showed up in the time window given, which is hit or miss with most companies and I really appreciated the timely manner. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be fixed. I am very happy with my service!

I'm really happy with this team. Ashley was a great communicator and kept me up to date along the way. Branden and Nathan were super efficient and replaced the compressor in no time! Fast and reliable.

I went through my home warranty company for repairs to my upstairs AC since it just wasn't cooling enough to meet the thermostat setting. They sent out Michael C, and he was very friendly and explained everything he needed to do. I did have to call them back to check after they installed a new fan motor and cleaned the coils, and when they returned they found that the Freon was a little overcharged. So they fixed it without a service call fee. I would recommend them. They seem to care about doing the right job.

I’m a customer with Total Protect Home Warranty and you usually accept bad service from their vendors But I did not. I received EXCELLENT service from Jadon’s Heating & Air. My heater went out on Sunday Dec 1, I called HOW company on Sunday and placed my order for service and I followed up with Jason’s H&A on Monday morning, Dec 2. They ( I think Ashley, thank you) said they would have a technician to arrive between 11 AM and 2 PM. They also promised a call 30 minutes before their arrival. I went to work and they did call 30 minutes ahead, thank you. Michael, a senior technician came out, checked the furnace, determined what was wrong. He said he would need to order the part and be back in one to two days. He went out to his truck and found out the parts location was only a few minutes away. He went and got the part and fixed my heater/furnace right away. I had heat in moments. Michael was EXTREMELY professional and did an OUTSTANDING job. Jason's Air-Tex Services is reliable and supportive. I can always count on them for my a/c and heating needs!
