Our A/C stopped working at 9pm Friday night and Joe was at our home at 8am on a Saturday. He was prompt and quickly fixed the issue. The temperature was over 100 degrees and we were so grateful that Joe scheduled us so quickly, especially on the weekend. Definitely use this company!

Joseph came to make an AC repair the same day I called. He was very professional and the service was inexpensive, what else could you ask for! If you want to keep your family cool in the summer and warm in the winter Pretty Cool should be the only company you call.

In today’s times it’s hard to get people to pick up the phone, be on time, and be honest. However, I was happy to work with Joe and his business because he’s responsive, honest, and was on time. My indoor and outdoor units both went completely out. Joe and team were able to get both replaced and everything is working right now! Excellent Service. Great pricing. Joseph found the problem within minutes of his arrival after two previous AC companies misdiagnosed the issue and still charged me. Joseph fixed the problem and even went further to check the rest of my AC unit. He even gave my preventive tips to avoid further problems. Pretty Cool is now my personal AC and Heating company and would strongly recommend anyone in need of service to give them a call!

Joseph was great. He showed up on time and was very professional. Milestone tried to sell me on a $15k replacement unit for my less than 10 year old system and I wanted a second option. Glad I called Joseph. He looked it over and saw it needed some Freon but was not in need of replacing. I signed up for their bi-annual service and ditched Milestone. I value honesty and that’s what I got from this company.

Been using Pretty Cool for a few years. He has definitely extended the service life of my age challenged system. He just performed an emergency call for me as my run capacitor went out overnight; showed within an hour of my text and completed the job in about 45 minutes. I inquired a few days ago about a noisy outdoor unit and was happily greeted with a quick call and email response. The owner spoke with me directly and set an appointment to fit my schedule. On the day of the appointment Mr. Hunter arrived right on time and I was even given text notifications while he was en route.
