Thank you so much for the Quick response in a VERY sensitive situation. Not only did you make the initial call quickly but you returned and completed the repair and saved our relationship with our customer. I know how hard that was to do specially in the Heat of the Summer but this is the kind of Great service that we can count on with you guys!

It was Sunday morning and I just made one phone call to this place and let me tell you how amazing their technician was!! He was so kind so professional and extremely patient. It took him 2-3 hours but he fixed my Walkingcooler.

RSI is our go to for all of our Refridgeration / ice machine issues, all of their Techs are top shelf, thorough, kind and competent!! Thank you Adrian for your expertise yesterday on the Granada ice machine, we are iced down and ready for the weekend!!!! Thank you Troy for your organization and prompt response even while on vacation!!!

I have worked with RSI on several beer installs and these guys are truly first class! They are responsive, extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and they do the job right. I strongly recommend this company and have never regretted using them. Keep up the great work!

The company came through. Their tech Chris is another level!

The guy worked tirelessly to make sure my ice machine was working properly.

Chris responded to my text messages even and came to the store every other day to make all was good.

Wow! RSI is awesome! Customer service and the knowledge and skill level of their technicians are second to none. I have been in my career for 24 years and worked with several vendors from different trades. Troy truly went above and beyond in customer service. He came for a non-functioning walk in freezer and repaired two more issues while on site. Spending a little time with him increased my knowledge of my own property! I have no problem recommending RSI to any Class A facility.

One of their technicians Mike Brazil came to our restaurant after battling freezer outages for a month and got down to business. He spent the day working to repair a problem no one could really diagnose, he repaired it and followed up the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. After getting the run-around from others, he went above and beyond to get us back where we needed to be. I appreciate his time and customer service. It’s the personal service like his that will keep us in business with RSI for years to come! Thank you Mike!!!

Best. Service. In town. Hands down. Fast response time, knowledgeable techs and amazing work. I highly recommend using their services. We had a cooler go down 1 day before our deliveries were to arrive for a new store opening. They were out within 1 day and fixed the cooler before our deliveries even arrived. Truly a happy customer. Will definitely be using RSI for all new store openings in DFW.

Technicians came in and did a great job taking care of our needs. They made sure that they did a very thorough inspection on our equipment and even noticed that our HVAC units weren't running and let us know! Awesome job! Would highly recommend this company!

I’ve been using RSI for 25 years now at my Chick-fil-A restaurants and in my opinion, there's no one better! Their quarterly preventative maintenance plans are thorough and fairly priced. I'm confident this program keeps my equipment running to it's fullest potential. When something does need to be serviced due to an unforeseen problem, my team places the service call and RSI always responds within a reasonable time frame. Their technicians are knowledgeable and professional. They always have my equipment back up and running very quickly.

Hats off to Mike New and Troy Watson! Their leadership at RSI allows me to spend more of my time selling chicken!

RSI/CES has been our preferred vendor for all our cooler repairs as long as I can recall. They have been great.
Waiting on parts for repairs may take some time, but the technicians and the receptionist have always been friendly and straight forward.
From minor repairs like gaskets for ovens and lowboys, to getting over 10 coolers up and running when our condenser rack decided to stop working on us in the summer heat.

Thanks go out to Rob McClish for quickly helping us with our most recent oven issues. He is always helpful and knows how to solve the issues while not being in the way on our busiest days.
