Jeff did a great job on a true house hold emergency. Had electrical arcing in the outlet in my family room. Possible fire hazard! He was pleasant and informative in explaining the issues!

Don't hesitate to hire Appleton Electrical however complicated your electrical job may seem. They are very professional. Their technician was superb. He handled all my electrical needs alongside the installation of a new ceiling fan at a great price. His professionalism remains unmatched and the company should be proud to have him. Hands down I will contact him the next time I need electrical service.

I was told I was first on list for Friday between 8 and 12. I finally called at 12:39 and some lady told me they couldn’t make it today, it would have to be Monday. I had explained earlier how I had a party on Sunday , so I got frustrated with her. I get a phone call later that afternoon from Bryan stating he could try for later on. I told him he could come then or even Saturday. He said yes to Saturday. Well Saturday at like 5:30 I texted him what’s up. He replied got tied up, etc, etc and he could come Sunday. Having our party then, I told him forget it. So this so called company not only doesn’t show, there isn’t even decency to call to explain. It’s like we have nothing to do like taking off work or leaving the house. I hope anyone reading this takes note. I had read a review from someone with a similar experience. Shame on me for overlooking that review. I suggest any and every one stays away from this place. I won’t even call it a company.

Was given two "service" options for them to come out and quote a project - both costing roughly $125. I just need a sub panel and some outlets on the back porch. I do not need you service anything. I respect the fact that there is probably more work than you can shake a stick at. I'm good with scheduling something out in the near future, there's no emergency - I'll work with you. Too many other companies out there that do not charge for a quote.

Called on a Monday and a nice gentlemen answered the call. Very respectful and professional and scheduled appointment for Wednesday 9AM - Noon. Was told I would be called by the technician on the service day and confirmed they had the right phone number. Was sent an email confirmation. Wednesday rolls around and there was no call and no one every showed up. I choose this company because they were local and had great reviews. I thought I should share not such a great experience with this business.

fake company. theyll have you "prepay" for the technician to come out, tell you to confirm the fraud alert, and then never show up. theyll tell you a technician will call you and then some guy in another country will pretend to be a "technician". i should've noticed that the other reviewers were fake accounts besides the other two people who also had no technician ever show up. the address is an empty field. had to call the bank to get my money back
