Excellent service. Was here for 10-15 min. Explained what was wrong (a minor thing I had overlooked) and didn't even charge me.

Jon and Will were awesome. Fit me in due to an emergency situation. Very knowledgeable providing explanations for the repairs which made me feel comfortable about the service that I was receiving. Couldn't ask for a better professional.

True serve Electric is the best electric company I’ve ever tried. I was so impressed with the prompt appointment within the week I called they were able to service my home. I needed a light on my back porch and Jon recommended replacing the 1 light with 4 lights and it made my patio look amazing. He also replaced recessed lights in my kitchen and repaired my breaker box in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this company.

Jon was very punctual and accommodating to our families schedule. He was polite and curious. He gave me the step by step break down on his repairs. He was in and out within a hour! Excellent work! I had him check a few other things around the house and he gave me great recommendations how to improve my electrical efficiency. Will use him for all my future projects! Thanks Jon!

These guys are amazing! I needed some electrical work done for my new water heater and they were able to work with the plumbers and me in a sort of orchestra of construction upgrades all happening at the same time. Jon was also extremely knowledgeable in helping me identify some of the issues with my current electrical and helped me work through some of the different options to fit within both my shorter term budget and prepare for some longer term initiatives. Every question I asked, he had the answer. And I ask a lot of questions. Similar story with William. Both of these guys know their stuff. Overall I'm happy with the work they did and have already started discussing future work I will do with them as well. I'll be exclusively working with TrueServe moving forward. For anyone looking for highly competent, knowledgeable, professional electricians look no further. These guys are the real deal.

I had various electrical problems I needed repaired such as laundry room light, landscaping up lights, smoke/CO detectors, and exterior motion lights. They pointed out that I was missing a surge protector at the electrical box. The longest part of this repair was getting the appt but that was mostly due to me only having Monday’s as an option. They arrived within the first hour of the four hour window given for the appt and gave me a heads up about their arrival. They arrived on time, used booties when in the house and provided an estimate to review all of the options prior to approval. Once approved, All repairs were complete within a few hours. Great friendly service provided! I will use them again but hope I won’t need them. ;)

Jon and his colleague with TrueServe Electric was awesome. They provided great customer service and education regarding my electrical issue. I would highly recommend them as they took the time to explain to me why the doorbell issue was happening along with fixing the issue that another company made.

They came out and fixed my electrical the same day that I called them even though the technician had to make several calls to oncor and leave to go get a part for us. Excellent service!!!

Trueserve Electric was a life server to me and my family. I had struggled for weeks searching for a local pro to install some chandeliers at our home. Trueserve was extremely communicative, punctual and professional. I requested a quote on an EV charger and they responded immediately and hooked me up with a great price. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did the job extremely well and very quickly. I will definitely be using Trueserve for any future electrical needs. If you need an EV charger installed don't waste your time with anyone else, these are the guys you want for your job

I HIGHLY recommend Trueserve Electric! We just bought a new house and much to our surprise we had so many electrical issues such as non working outlets, lighting fixtures, landscape lighting and more. Not only did they fix our issues they've upgraded us and made everything so much better and up to date. Those guys were AWESOME and VERY PROFESSIONAL. We will definitely be having them back to work on future projects. I am beyond grateful!!
