Ashley Heating and Air Conditioning rescued me In record time on a very cold day without heat. They methodically and expertly found a short in my system that other companies could not find; explained the issue thoroughly, and charged me substantially less than another company was going to charge for repairs that did not identify the real problem. Ashley will be my go-to company for all future maintenance and service needs!

Great service. I have used this company for a few years. Always on time, and very honest. Michael takes the time to explain the problem, and he provides different options to address the problems. He fixes HVAC problems instead of trying to sell system replacements.

Great service. I called on a Sunday and Michael said he would be out in under 2 hours. I will call him back in the spring to service my AC unit. He was able to get my furnace up and running before the big freeze. Thank you Again Ashley Heating and Air.

Had a pressing matter come up & my regular service wasn't able to fix until after the weekend. Called on Ashley HVAC & they were able to come out, do a diagnosis & get the repair done, all in the same day. Appreciate the great communication, prompt service & reasonable rates. Plan to use again for regular maintenance, as well as those, last-minute emergencies!

I'm a builder in the DFW area and have seen good subs and bad ones... Michael is one of the good ones! I have had them out to my home a couple times now and has always been a pleasant experience. Once to help me finish the installation of my Mini Split (which a lot of HVAC companies won't touch) and a second for a service call on my condenser unit. I highly recommend Ashley Heating and Air!

Good repair people are hard to come by so when you find one you trust you stick with them. I came across this company through a recommendation from a friend. Very nice and knowledgeable - very fair prices. Takes the time to explain the issue which I really appreciate. Always prompt - they are my go to for any HVAC issues

One of our outside condenser units stopped working during 100+ degrees, and I feared we’d need a whole new expensive system. I reached out thru a couple of our neighborhood FB groups for recommendations and Ashley Heating and Air Conditioning came up several times . I called a few others but Ashley was the first to respond and could get to us first thing the next morning. Then called back to say they’d had a cancellation and could be at our house in about 20 mins..
Michael Ashley showed up, did a review of things, and let us know it was only a capacitor that had gone bad (our units are about 20 years old) . In and out in an hour, got things working perfect, and was a fair price.

Our HVAC system has had recurring issues since we moved into the house and no HVAC company has been able to provide more than temporary fixes. A friend recommended Michael and glad we called him. He took the time to figure out what was causing the problems vs. addressing the symptoms. In the process, he discovered the system was installed with inadequate electrical supply causing multiple systems to burn out over time. He quickly fixed the issue and everything is working again. Michael is fantastic and we highly recommend him.

I first discovered Ashley HVAC two years ago when our older AC unit couldn't keep up with the summer heat, and indoor temperatures were hitting 90+. Our previous HVAC contractor told us we needed to not only replace the unit, but also move it from its small downstairs utility closet to the attic (because we needed a higher powered and thus bigger unit); the other company's quote for this new installation was incredibly expensive, so that's when I sought a second opinion with Michael.

Not only did he save us many thousands of dollars, but he didn't need to replace the existing unit at all! Instead, he did some maintenance on the existing system to help it along, then he installed a small mini-split on the other side of the house to carry the rest of the load for our underpowered unit—meaning that we can leave our existing unit in place until it dies a natural death at some point in the next decade (at which point we can just replace it in its current ground-floor location for significantly less money than reworking everything for a larger attic unit). Saving money now *and* later! We're 2 years in, our AC is still ice cold, and Michael continues babying along our existing unit marvelously.

I highly recommend Ashley HVAC for both general HVAC maintenance and emergency repairs.
