Our daughter had issues with a fountain pump and outdoor lighting, both low voltage and 110 volt.
Brad and 2 assistants resolved everything very efficiently and professionally.
We will continue to use BrightWire for all electrical problems.

As you can see, I rarely do reviews but my experience with BrightWire was that good!
We recently needed some electrical work done so I went on NextdDoor and looked up electric service companies.
We ultimatly decided to go with BrightWire based on all of the fantastic reviews and private messages I received. They were correct!! Brad was very prompt in calling back and came out quickly. They were very knowledgeable, professional and had reasonable pricing! I can not say enough about BrightWire. Just call and you will see.

Working with Brightwire was a great experience. The communication was great. The installation was super clean and they were right on time. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a generator install.

I needed a ceiling fan replaced and scheduling Brightwire to come out and do the job was easy and quick. Tyrel and Everett came out and swapped out our fan for a new one and it works perfectly. Brad came out shortly after I called the company and did a very thorough inspection and repair. He kept me informed on what he was doing and why it needed to be done. Bryan did a fantastic job of swapping out an exterior outlet that caught on fire. It could have been a major undertaking but he went the extra mile and patiently worked out some healthy slack wire that was still in the column, avoiding a much more expensive fix of rerunning wire from the source, through the patio ceiling, and down the exterior column. He replaced the breaker in the electrical panel as well. His knowledge and expertise was apparent and walked me through the entire repair after it was done. He also identified and fixed a few other minor issues during his visit. I couldn’t have asked for any more. Highly recommended.

Brad and his team (Bryan, Everett, Tyler - I really hope I am not missing someone’s name) did an absolutely wonderful job installing new lighting in our home. The whole process from start to fishing was so easy. I’ll be utilizing them in the future for probably more lighting projects and generator maintenance. I wish this company all the success because it is truly deserved.

Bryan Tyrell came out and was recommended to me specifically by neighbors. Absolutely did not disappoint. Our issues weren’t as big as I was expecting but he took the time to explain every thing he was doing and his solutions. He then reinstalled all of the lights we were looking at. He was friendly, timely, and very easy to work with!! Highly recommend!

The Brightwire team was absolutely amazing in completing our projects. They are able to get the work done in a timely fashion and even educated me on what was needed to help me understand the value of their work. Brad and his team are incredibly responsive; electricity is usually a necessity and anything involved in it, and they work with an urgency that ensures you are back up and running as soon as possible.

If I could give more stars I would. I had them install an inlet and natural gas hook up for my portable generator. Customer service is top notch. They took the time to explain everything with myself and wife in great detail. Also answered all the questions we had and even came out before installation to explain what the process was. Also stayed after installation to walk us through starting the generator and hooking everything up. The installation of the inlet along with the gas line hook up was flawless. If you need any electrical work I would go with brightwire before anyone else. Give these guys a call!!!!

We recently had some kitchen remodel work done, and the installation crew damaged some wiring in the process. The remodel company was supposed to send out an electrician to help us, but they never did. We found BrightWire and called them last minute to help us out, since the remodel work was being held up because of the wiring issue. Brad was very professional and polite. He was able to come out to our house within a couple hours of us calling, and was able to quickly resolve our issue, as well as give us some background on our particular home and breaker box.

We will definitely be calling Brad and his team again for any future electrical work. Highly recommend this company!

Brad and the whole Brightwire team are outstanding! They recently took care of two challenging projects for me with finesse and efficiency: adding a dedicated outlet in a location that was very difficult to access, and fixing a hidden short circuit which caused a breaker to keep tripping. These guys know what they're doing, and they do it perfectly. With electricity, that's more than important, because literally your life could depend on it. These are the electricians you want!

We had a great experience with Brightwire Electrical Solutions in Montgomery! From the beginning, Brad was easy to communicate with and made the process smooth. Tyrell and Everett did an excellent job installing a WiFi extension, even though the project ended up being more involved than we initially expected. They handled everything professionally, worked efficiently, and left the space clean when they were done. Highly recommend Brightwire for any electrical work!

So we’ve never really had a go to Electrical company to call for service. We do now! Brightwire was so attentive and polite and responsive! Tyrell and Everett came to my house and fixed everything that was of concern and then Brian came back the next day for another issue and we were so, so pleased!!! Highly recommend!!
