Zach Wallin is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I’m thankful we had the opportunity to work with him today. I have dealt with a fair share of plumbers within the last 10 years and this company is truly an industry exception. I work in the wholesale plumbing world and will be recommending my home renovation clients to Wallin Plumbing going forward. Grateful for companies who run their business with integrity.

Called Wallin Plumbing to get a drain line unclogged. Techs (Zack & Dillon) arrived within 30 minutes. 5 minutes later they were working on clearing the drain and had the drain working within 15 minutes. Very professional, efficient and reasonably priced.

Wallins plumbing is fast to respond, very friendly. The staff is professional, quick and knowledgeable. I have required plumbing service twice this year and both times Wallin Plumbing has exceeded my expectations. Price has been very fair. We will absolutely be using them in the future. I highly recommend using Wallin Plumbing for your plumbing issues.

My experience with this company did not go perfectly which is when you find out what kind of company you are actually dealing with. I had them out to install a very expensive cast iron sink in my half bath and the installer dropped it by accident and cracked the enamel badly. The sink also dented the newly installed floor. To make matters worse, I had been on the wallpaper installers list for 2 months and he was due to arrive at the end of the week and had a baby shower scheduled the following week at my house. I was calm but upset. The sink manufacturer was located in Crowly LA about 4 hours away and they offered to get it painted in time (naturally I had it custom painted, this is a dramatic story after all) for pick up and the owner drove 4 hours there and 4 hours back in the pouring rain to grab the replacement sink to have it installed for a Hail Mary the afternoon before the wallpaper install all while meeting the flooring installer to replace the dented floor board and pull and reset the toilet to get to the damaged board out. Everyone was highly concerned with me "being happy" and never complained about any of the above and beyond things they had to do to make it right. It was almost unnerving and I kept waiting for an excuse or a bill or a lie or a rude comment but nothing. They just kept up with this great service act like they are good at it and do it all the time. When they were taking away the broken, very expensive sink everyone was friendly, laughing and smiling. The owner even came and made sure everything was "done to my satisfaction" I immediately thought, I can't afford this! The original guy who broke the sink, accidentally of course, presented me with the bill and it was the original, very small quote and he apologized profusely as if they hadn't already done enough. People and the companies that they make up, make mistakes, drop things, and people who want their sinks in the condition they purchased them in are not Karens. What happens in between those things is what matters, they thanked ME for being nice but they made that easy, they made it right and stood by their work and mistakes and there was no reason to overreact as they were excellent in every way. I would have given 10 stars if I could. Customer service is not dead.

Water heater replacement...Shawn and Tanner arrived promptly, provided professional service, removed the old heater, and even repaired the water heater roof vent. They were in and out in under 2 hours, and totally cleaned up everything. You can talk about plumbers all you want but Wallin is the most consistent professional company out there. Lynn and Joyce at the office were most helpful! Kudos to owner Buddy Wallin and his entire team for the job they do for us April Sound residents!

I highly recommend JT with Wallin Plumbing and their team. I just used them to change all the galvanized piping in my home to Pex piping and their bid came in so much lower than all the other bids, I was able to get a new hot water heater from them as well. JT, with Wallin,came and quoted me on a Friday and they had 3 crews show up last Wednesday, 5 days later and completed all the work in one day. They were very accommodating with any request I had. They went out of their way to move items I hadn’t thought of moving and handled them with care. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving, which is a big task when you are repiping an entire home. Obviously there was still sheetrock dust but other than that all they left behind were the sheet rock squares they cut out so I could have someone reuse them, if possible, to fill in the holes, I didn’t even think of that. Getting it done all in one day was a bonus. Don’t get me wrong I have holes in my sheet rock all over my house that they do not repair but I found that is standard in the repiping and I expected that. But now I don’t have to worry about another galvanized pipe leaking. And once I saw the piping in other parts of the house with the rust, it was only a matter of time.

I had contractors here demoing cabinets (because of the water leak in the galvanized pipe, that pushed me to replace my piping), and even their GC and that crew said something to me about the great quality of work being done on the Pex piping. And that GC wanted me to send him their info. JT was a breeze to work with and didn’t try and when he came to my house originally to quote, he didn’t use any scare tactics or other selling points to try and sell me on his bid, which I appreciated.

Let me reiterate, even pros in the construction field were complimenting Wallin Plumbings work and Wallins Plumbing had came in as the low bid out of many bids. And when I say low they beat out one bid, by almost $10,000 😳 From talking to JT one reason they can come in so low was because they have so much experience with repipes, their crew has gotten very efficient at it. All my hoses are lined up and screwed into my studs nicely. They replaced my outdoor hose spigots with new ones, replaced the shut off valves on all my sinks, replaced the refrigerator box & the washing machine box and installed a new hot water heater. All of which have worked great.

I would have chosen Wallin even if there was another comparable bid just because, JT the plumber that was sent out, made me feel very comfortable and went out of his way to answer any question or concern I had. Side Note- Wallin Plumbing if you are reading this, he is a great representative for your company!!

Absolutely great! Here when scheduled. Repair done quickly and price very reasonable. Highly recommend!! UPDATE: just needed them again. Still recommend them especially if you are lucky enough to get Jordan as your repairman. So polite, professional and left the area he worked on immaculate. Still highly recommend!!

We had an issue with a toilet and had to shut off the water to our home today. I called Wallin (the lady who answers the phone is very professional and friendly) and they were able to fit us in within a few hours. The gentlemen who fixed the pipe in the wall were knowledgeable and clearly the explained the issue, and the charge was fair. I am so grateful the issue is fixed and we have water! This is their 2nd visit to our home for plumbing issues and I highly recommend them!

We've had to use Wallin Plumbing about 6 times for various issues. They made a great first impression. Another plumber wanted to tear a hole in the living room and replace a valve for our shower. Wallin was there to do a service for our hot water heaters. I explained what was going on and they took a look for free. They said it was just cartridges that needed to be replaced they were correct. Much less expensive. On a subsequent visit, they told me what was wrong, pulled up a parts diagram and how to order from Moen. They have been very honest and very affordable. They are also neat and timely.

Wallin saved my Thanksgiving. Sean came to unclog my kitchen sink. Did some additional repairs to the drain which had been rigged by previous owners. Prompt, courteous and reasonable.

We have used Wallin Plumbing numerous times and they always go above and beyond. Came out to assess water heater and determined that control valve needed to be replaced. After getting the part, they came back that evening to install. Easily could have made us wait until the next day for another appointment, but as usual, above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was reminded yesterday how much I appreciate Mr Wallin and his group. I’ve needed them 3 times over the past 8 years and they always respond with just top notch service! Yesterday it was a water heater and they checked the functioning of my water softening system just as a side question while they were there. Always fantastic service!

Contacted Wallin for a quote to replace hot water heater. They
arrived that morning within the hour. After a very competitive quote I decided to use Wallin. They returned and installed the hot water within the hour.Very professional, clean and careful. Absolutely a great experience!

I called Wallen to have a natural gas line installed for a generator. After discussing the quote with the technician we scheduled the install. When the technician arrived he has questions regarding the gas flow at the location we discussed. We then decided to have a valve put on our gas meter and move the location of the generator. We set up another install date 2 days later. The technician came back and installed the fittings, ran the generator gas hose and tested the generator to ensure it was working. They did not charge a second trip fee or a fee to make sure the generator was running as installed. Wallen will be my go to plumber for any more work I need done to my house. They were also $150.00 cheaper than the other 2 plumbers I got a quote from.

I always use Wallin Plumbing for all my plumbing needs because they are consistently honest and polite. Recently, I had a pipe crack under the house, causing sewage to back up inside. Wallin was quick to arrive and provided a temporary fix, allowing me to have water over the weekend. They returned the next business day with a digging crew, right on time, to complete the repair. Wallin Plumbing is incredibly dependable, and their work is top-notch. I am extremely grateful for their excellent service.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is to work with. I had a small leak on my main line coming into the house. I asked another company to come take a look and they tried to charge me $885 and it would take them 10 days to fix. Wallin came out the same day and fixed it for $165. Travis even showed me how to make some minor repairs myself the other company wanted to charge me $800 for. Thank you Wallin and Travis!
Had another issue and Jordan came out and talked me through repairs. Took about 10 minutes and everything was fixed!

I had Jordan do what repairs had to be done on my kitchen faucet and guest bathroom shower. He did a wonderful job. Went above and beyond his duties. I would recommend Wallin Plumbing to everyone.

We requested an estimate for issues with our hot water tanks. We scheduled an assessment and estimate and they are out within 2 days. Our appointment went incredibly well even though we have to replace our hot water heaters. We trust them completely and planning on scheduling our replacement to the new tacos water heater next week.

Much better than the prior plumbing company that I used. Came by right away and seemed to know exactly what they were doing.
