I had a problem with a toilet and Danny from Robert Russell Plumbing came this morning to repair for me. He fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and was so polite and kind. I would recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Positives: Answered phone immediately, showed up when they said, did good work. Negatives: I had to run to a plumbing store to get some supplies, expensive, when I called back with a concern, I got a rude woman who said they were closed for the holidays and couldn’t help me. She could have at least taken my name and number.

Terrible service! Was called to fix a leak we pointed exactly where the leak was they decided to dig out three more hours worth of work for nothing. Making the bill extra high and they didn’t even pressurize the system we have now low water pressure due to their unprofessional work
