Big State Plumbing has always supported with efficient service here at Sturm Fish Hatchery & Bait Farm in Sealy, TX. Wesley was so polite and professional in helping set up for our upcoming Fishing for Christ event with the local church with outdoor septic can. Thank you again Wesley and Big State Plumbing.

As a first time customer, I was very pleased with the quick response as the on call plumber arrived within an hour of requesting a house call. Richard represented the plumbing company very well. He was very professional and thoroughly explained the options available to resolve my leaking pipe. The quality of work exceed my expectations. I would highly recommend Big State Plumbing to others to use. If needed again for different plumbing needs, I will be calling Big State Plumbing.

In the past, I have been scammed by plumbers so I was not looking forward to having one help me. Unfortunately our home's plumbing emergency forced me too find a plumber after hours at 8 PM. I settled on calling Big State Plumbing after reading reviews for multiple plumbing companies that were open late or opened early the next morning. Greg showed up within two or so hours of my phone call and apply a much needed temporary fix for the night.

Long story short, plumbing issues required significant repair which required multiple days of work and I am lucky that next day, as promised, Eric Ortiz of big state plumbing showed up to address them all.

Eric went above and beyond applying professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and his expertise to the repairs. Him and his co-worker Tyler worked diligently to dig and repair the issues. Eric was honest about the process and the price from beginning to end. I am truly grateful to these guys and that I was able to luck out by selecting big state plumbing for this emergency repair.

I highly recommend using Big State Plumbing & I highly recommend working with Eric. He's a great asset to the company and just a great human being overall. Eric & BSP will be my go to team for all my and my circle's future plumbing needs. Thank you BSP!

I had a pipe burst and that added on top of the usual holiday stress but Tyler did an amazing job making sure that it was repaired as quickly as possible to avoid further damages. Big State gave me a reasonable rate and the plumber they sent out was punctual, nice, and very respectful. Cannot recommend enough

Best plumbing company I’ve ever experienced .. highly recommend and I’ll be using them forever! Marcus and friend were professional, efficient, arrived on time, communicated everything I needed to know and cleaned up, leaving no debris for me to pick up.. now everything is working great with no leaks! I’m obsessed with this company, — in a good way 😊👍

This company was very easy and a pleasure to work with. I found them on Angie's List with a deal which could have made me wary but I'm very happy I went ahead with it. They quickly called me and scheduled an appointment the next day, which was my preference. Chris, I believe, was my technician and he gave me a 30 minutes heads up and arrived in the window I had scheduled. He was very helpful with everything I had him look at and he did a good job explaining everything to me.

Would definitely work with them again.

Be sure you are never been hit by one of their trucks. Not only do the drivers take off before the deputy can get the insurance information, the company does not take responsibility for the damages. They also hang up on you when you try to get someone to take responsibility for the negligence of their drivers. They were provided a GOPRO of the accident so there was no doubt of the accident or who was at fault. No way for such a large company to take care of business.

3/23/24 UPDATE
I was contacted by Big State Plumbing (see response from the owner below) and was given the insurance information to get the claim processed. Unfortunately, the insurance company rejected the claim. When I got back in touch with BSP, I was told that the owner had approved payment of the claim in full by the company.
I received the final payment today. That is the way for a large company to take care of business. Thank you for taking care of the claim. I have updated my rating from one star to 5 star.

I can’t thank Lucas Garcia from Big State Plumbing enough! I woke up to a flooded yard and a busted pipe in my well house. Also I will add it’s Saturday. I called them and they were quick to get me an appointment set for same day. Same morning. Lucas took a look. Made a plan and followed through with it quickly. Will definitely use your business again and truly thankful y’all could fit me in on a weekend.

This is my second call to Big State Plumbing for big plumbing problems and they have taken such good care of my home each time. Tyler and Daniel found the leak, replaced it quickly, then made a thorough check under the house and in the attic to make extra sure no small leaks were missed. I know my home is in good hands with Big State and I am happy to recommend them. Thank you, Tyler and Daniel!

We have used Big State twice now for our home. This time for leak repair in the shower. Tyler Hyde was thoughtful in the explanation of what needs to be repaired and meticulous with the execution. He was extremely professional and super polite. (Even tolerated our pesky cat) We will happily refer anyone to them and even ask for Tyler if he is available.

I called Big State Plumbing for a sewer line backup that happened after normal work hours. They were quick to answer my call and quickly scheduled a service time. Within just a few minutes Cody called to let me know they were just a few minutes away. Cody and Kevin showed up to fix the problem. They could have easily cleaned out the drain and gone on, but they discovered what was causing the problem. They used a camera to find out why the line was clogging up. They took the time to show me and explain what was happening. Thank goodness because this has been a recurring problem. Now I know what is wrong with the sewer line. I know the problem will be fixed correctly. They were professional and informative. I was given a quote right then and made aware of the process. I was glad Cody and Kevin showed up. Thank you.

We had a service call to our home today and Big State technician Wesley was very professional and made sure we were happy with his work upon completion!

Lucas and Rod came to my residence very friendly, professional and respectable. Lucas checked for plumbing leaks and made his recommendation within minutes of seeing the problem. Lucas caulked my tub and when I asked to learn he was more than eager to show me how it’s done. Great customer service!

Rod was new but you can tell the kid is hungry and wants to learn. Lucas was instructing him and he was a good student doing as he was told without complaints. He will have a great future learning under Lucas.

Needed water heater replacement and Tyler Hyde came by to explain the different models and then install next day. Very polite and professional and extremely patient with all my questions. Also took time to go over my questions on filtration system. Did excellent job and went extra mile to take care of a couple extra items.

omg! Alex was so awesome. I get anxiety when people come in the house with my Dogs. But, he was so nice and polite. Talk very calm and the service was A+ Thank you guys so much. The service was so affordable . Will be on my speed dial for any plumbing issues.
