We hired the team at T&D to build a pergola, gabled patio, cedar slat walls and extend the concrete on the back side of our home. Very pleased with the final outcome, would recommend.

This company built a back patio extension, side patio with outdoor kitchen, and redid a front door outside entryway on a project on a golf course in Plano. They were remarkable! All was done in cedar and included electrical, gas, lighting, and full outdoor kitchen built from scratch. This was all made from cedar, but also included artificial turf work as well as stone and concrete work. They were prompt and VERY communicative! And totally OVER DELIVERED. Our original design for the back would have obstructed some of our golf course view and he saw it, stopped construction, got ahold of us and figured out a way to get it done. In many years of house remodels(both for us and for others), it was great to see a contractor stop and figure out a solution that worked, instead of just building it and saying we built to your specs! We have had many people from the golf course comment on their work, and a couple ask to come in to the backyard to look at both patios and outdoor kitchen! I wish ALL of our contractors would have showed up, performed, cleaned up, and overdelivered like T&D Construction did! Call them, you won’t be disappointed! Dan & Deb

Tom and his crew were very easy to work with during the entire project. They finished the work on time and within the budget that we talked about at the start of the project. The work that I asked them to add on came with small cost increase.

Tom and Doris are great! Very professional and honest. I didn’t get the chance to work with them this time but they will definitely be my first choice for construction needs!

Tom was excellent to work with. A man of high character and competence. He returned calls and showed up at my house exactly when he said he would. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He communicated well and took pride in doing a good job and helped us make good decisions with all of our design choices and materials. His crew was courteous and got the job done in a timely manner and high level of quality. Great job Tom.

T&D's remodel of our back porch was truly transformative. The view is breathtaking, and the additional outdoor living space is what Tom and I had envisioned for us. He kept us updated on all time frames/schedules --and ran interference for all city permits and HOA requirements. (all this while keeping us on the budget agreed upon) I would highly recommend and gladly work with T&D in the future.
