Good afternoon Friends, I want to give a big thank you to Cable Electric, Inc. I am home owner who like to fix things. I had a problem with a GFCI outlet in my home and did not understand the wiring process. A very nice man over the phone at Cable Electric, Inc helped me over the phone. He did not have to do this but I wanted to thank him. It's not every day one would take the time to help you over the phone. If I ever need anything in my home fix I can't handle I'll call them first. Thanks again and god bless you!!!

I had Cable Electric put in a new meter base and change out some of my lights in the house I had just purchased. They went above and beyond my expectations. They even fixed some electrical wiring problems that they found while in my attic. Great job and great employees.

I called Blake Milsap at Cable Electric based on the recommendation of the company that does the electrical work at the business I work at. Blake came out the very next day, promptly at the time we agreed and was very knowledgeable. We had just purchased an older house that needed some serious electrical upgrades and repairs from poor maintenance by the previous owners and I needed a quote to do this work. Blake sent a very comprehensive quote that covered everything we needed done and his team showed up the following week as promised.

There were a number of issues that they ran into that couldn't have been foreseen but they took care of them as part of the job anyway and honored the original quote. I offered to pay them for the additional unknown work and Blake said "that isn't how we do business".

It was an excellent experience with Cable Electric. Their electricians were all very professional, on time and went the extra mile to do each and every part of the job correctly with great attention to detail.

I've since hired them for a second job which they have completed ahead of schedule. Unheard of usually with contractors but these guys are serious about customer service.

For the record, I'm not related to anyone at Cable Electric nor have any business interest in their company. Just a new customer that had a great experience.

I called and spoke with Robert. I explained my problem, and he suggested I contact Encore first, as if they could fix it, it would be free. Who does that??? He did.
It turns out I needed a repair. Encore turned off my power to the house due to fire hazard. The office is close to my house, so Robert was there within minutes. Because of his speed, he was able to make the repair while the Encore repairman was still there. This avoided me having to do a reconnection which might have left me without power for hours or days.
This company rocks! They are definitely my new electric company!

Two of their fine technicians repaired my electrical panel after it was ripped off my house by a tree falling on power lines due to 70+ mph winds.

They were very polite, very knowledgeable and efficient. They did excellent work.

They also performed the same work for my next door neighbor, their quality of work was just as good as the work they did for me.

One of the things I especially appreciated was they kept my neighbor and I informed along every step of the way.

I would recommend Cable Electric to anyone!

Did not complete the jobs I had asked them to do before leaving promptly at 4pm. While I understand being done with a work day, being told that I needed to schedule the remaining jobs myself just seems like a general disinterest in doing the work. Even this doesn't irk me as much as going to where they were working and finding drywall chunks and dust all over the floor that I had to clean up, old switches just tossed up on the counter, and the switch was put back into the box with drywall screws. It just left a poor impression of the quality their work. Even my car service place washes and vacs my car before I get it back because of the overall impression it leaves.
The installed fans and other fixes worked fine so if the rest doesn't bother you, there should be no problem.

Reckless driving cutting off vehicles trying to get onto the southbound toll lane on I-35 W at Eagle Parkway at approximately 2:20pm Central then tailgating the car in front of them

You're driving a company car, don't be an idiot.

Thier technician is a ver agressive driver. Every morning he is cutting me off and squeezing into small space not allowing for safe distanc between other cars.

Tech was very rude and inconsiderate!
