Awesome! The AC bombed out tonight. Left a voicemail expecting to hear from them tomorrow. Within a few minutes, we got a call back. Once he found out we have little ones, he was hoping in the truck right away. Then he was here! He fixed it in less than 15 minutes. Malcom's is the best AC repair service you could hope to have. He hits that perfect trifecta of fast, cheap, AND good! There aren't enough stars for this review.

I called Malcolm's on a Sunday morning, and was immediately greeted by a technician rather than a dispatcher. He told me he could be there in an hour or less. Every other AC repair company I called said it would be at least 5 hrs. Malcolm's was here in under an hour and was not only incredibly knowledgeable but took the time to show me what he was doing every step of the way and answered all my many questions. I would highly recommend Malcolm's Heating & Air in North Richland Hills to everyone. Thank you again David you were a God Send! I'll never call another AC company you're my guy!

Extremely professional and fast service at a reasonable price! Was able to diagnose the problem on an old unit, order parts (!!) and get it back running before a winter storm. I would recommend Malcolm’s Heating & Air to anyone!

I could not be more satisfied with the way my call and repair was handled, David came out within 10 minutes of the call and the repair was made in about the same amount of time all in all from call to finish took 20 mins. David was kind and that's such a blessing in itself.

Not only did the previous company not fix the problem, they charged me for a new thermostat I didn’t need. Within 3 minutes of listening to what my AC unit was doing, David had already opened the closet and pointed out the problem. A very simple problem that he fixed then checked again before leaving. He also serviced the outside unit. Unlike the companies before who just charged and rinsed it with a water hose, David took the top off and cleaned the entire unit, inside and out, motor and all. Great price, even better service. Highly recommended.

David Malcolm responded immediately and professionally to my call on a July 4th Sunday evening around 8am. My tenant's A/C was not working. Prior to calling David, I tried calling several places, left them messages but no one responded that evening. I was grateful that David responded and got the A/C working for my tenants. Apparently there was a leak that flooded the floor underneath the unit. David went above and beyond to remove the excess water. I was expecting a huge bill but his cost was reasonable and affordable esp on a holiday weekend when I know he didn't have to respond to my call. He was personable and professional. I highly recommend David's excellent service and definitely will use him again.

Service was professional and personable. Our AC went out during the night and I did not find out till the morning. I called Malcolm's Heating & Air on a Sunday morning and explained the issue. He was able to be out to our residence within 15 minutes and had the issue resolved in less than 30 minutes. The arrival time and repair time was unparalleled and I will always call Malcolm first with any AC issues.

I found that my AC went out in the middle of the week and David was awesome! When I called him he was available same day and within a couple of hours he was here and had already fixed it. I will definitely use him for any future needs and I would recommend him to others

We own a medical clinic in North Richland Hills. (Family Care Clinic) I couldn’t be more pleased with David at Malcolm’s air repair. I called mid morning and he came out and had our AC back up in running in no time. Great customer care and follow up. We will continue to use their service.

Our AC unit stopped working suddenly in the middle of the night. We called on Saturday morning first thing and David came out within a couple hours to come take a look. He was on time and made quick work, having our unit back to normal within 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable and I would highly recommend!

Super quick to respond and, like the other reviews, prices are very reasonable. Will be the only HVAC company I call in the future.

We had such a great experience with David. He came out to our house for a service and looked everything over, told us more about our unit (since we just moved in not long ago) and addressed any concerns we had. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and very reasonable with price. We definitely recommend him and will be using his services in the future.

Great service! He dropped what he was doing once I called and told him I had no AC and I care for my 80 yr old mother and the home warranty said it would be 3 days or more in this triple digit heat! My a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. It was miserable! I tried calling several people at 9:30 on a Friday night to see if anyone could help me. Other companies told me I would have to wait until Monday for service. I called Malcolm's, and David saw me that night! Within two hours my a/c was working again. He was extremely professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and fixed my a/c right. I will only use Malcolm's for my heating and a/c needs, and I recommend him to everyone. Awesome company!!!

David is a strong recommend. Both times we called we have been pretty surprised how quick he can get us on the schedule and complete the work and he has never taken us for a ride. It's hard to find contractors that you like and want to call back--we'll definitely stick with him as long as he's in the business.

David Malcolm was great. He worked around our schedule. David was very efficient with his time and fixed any electrical issues we had. He came out one Saturday to diagnose issues and only took an half hour if not less to fix what he could with supplies on hand. Came out next Saturday and fixed all other issues within less than an hr. I would definitely recommend him. Good work!
