spiteful disrespectful terrible customer service don't trust them

Terrible experience. Be wary of the fake reviews for this company. We contracted them with a simple job to fix a leak in our roof a few months ago. The leak was never fixed. We have constantly asked the company to come out and fix the leak. The company keeps promising to send somebody out but nobody shows up and nobody bothers to let us know that they are not coming out. There is somebody at my house virtually 24 hours a day and yet they have lied repeatedly about sending people to inspect the work. Their contract states that they guarantee their work for 10 years. The company appears to be completely incompetent in its ability to fix minor problems and very dishonest despite its motto of "integrity, dependable, honesty." I don't mind paying for good dependable service but this company appears to be running a scam.

Spoke with Willy I believe he is owner of the business very unprofessional when communicating about estimate, i believe in doing my due diligence when hiring contractors and knew right away i would not spend a dime of my money with this company hope they get it together, because attitudes like this result in failing of companies. Whatever happened to customer service, building trust learn the basics before calling yourself a professional.
