We had a great experience with this company! We bought our home and—of course—within a month the AC started acting up (because homeownership isn’t cheap and neither is cool air 😅).

Garret, the technician, was super knowledgeable and clearly explained what was going on. He also helped us transfer the warranty with no hassle. Between him and Jessica from the office, our service request moved fast, and they were both incredibly responsive throughout the process.

The young guys who came out to do the actual repair were respectful, professional, and thorough—I wish I remembered their names because they deserve a shoutout too!

Now let’s talk about the price… yes, it made our wallets cry a little, but after doing my research, it was fair and right in line with market rates. Plus, good service isn’t cheap, and cheap service isn’t good.

Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work!

I also want to acknowledge Tony and his co-worker (so sorry I can't recall his name). They were there at the same time to address water backing up in the bathroom sink. Tom’s Mechanical absolutely earned my business through honesty, competence, and professionalism. I called them to repair my 20 and 25 ton a/c’s on my commercial building. They were not he down. They could have said anything was wrong, I wouldn’t have known the difference, the correctly and honestly diagnosed a faulty wire in one unit, and a tripped smoke alarm in the other unit. I recommend them without hesitation.

Tom’s has been my go-to for A/C services for many years. They’re prompt, knowledgeable, and fees are reasonable. Also, their technicians don’t try to sell me things I don’t need; instead, they fix the problem. A/C problems are never fun, but Tom’s Mechanical makes a bad situation not so bad.

We've loved the reliability and skilled service technicians who have installed, repaired, and maintain our equipment. Paul came out today and was very effienct and knowledgeable. I value being able to trust the service technicians and Paul was great.

I had to call because our AC unit to the upstairs of our house was blowing hot air. With it being the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend I figured it would be a few days before someone would be able to come out and fix it. Within 5 hours of me calling Tom’s, we had someone out to check our unit and help us with replacing the compressor. I was highly impressed with how professional the technician was and how quickly he got things working again.

Tom's Mechanical tech came out for our annual air unit check. We have two. He evaluated how everything was working, and found we needed new capacitors and more free-on. The units are getting older, but I feel we will get more time out of them as they are well maintained by Tom's. My tech Kristen did a great and thorough job. I am so glad I use Tom's mechanical for for my heating and air units. I've been a customer since 2013.

Paul was incredible . Very polite ! He explained everything he was going to do and why! He and his assistant were courteous and professional the whole time and left the place impeccable! Great professional service!

It's never a good day when you need to call a plumber. Phillip and his associate were great. Fixed the immediate problem promptly and fixed my lingering, down the road issue, the same day. Quality and professionalism to say the least.

When I returned home from a trip I discovered my AC was out. Tom's Mechanical worked tirelessly to get me a new AC and worked overtime to make the unit worked with my home. I am very grateful. They were professional and I am very happy with their service!

Over the last year we have engaged Tom’s Mechanical to replace a heat and air system and some attic insulation. With respect to the heat and air system, Tom’s not only replaced our heat and air system but offered us a common sense solution to our need for additional return air. With respect to our attic insulation, Tom’s subcontractor removed our old insulation and blew in new insulation after Tom’s inspected our attic and sealed up around our ducks. Tom’s employees and subcontractors were at all times professional and did an excellent job for us.

We have been with Tom’s for years. Gary was knowledgeable & friendly. We could not have asked for more.

I thought I was in for a big, expensive repair, but Paul had the issue diagnosed and fixed in just minutes. He spent more time double-checking the system than actually repairing it—just to make sure everything was running perfectly. Now my house is cool and comfortable again!

Management sent an AC technician, Frank who has been to my house many times before,to complete the work of the plumbing repair as soon as they received a description of my complaint. Everything was swiftly fixed. This was the super wonderful Tom’s Mechanical service I am used to receiving .
