Had a leak on my water line and Prime came out and fixed it in a very timely manner and was very reasonable.

We have been a Prime Landscaping customer for 3 years and we are still a Prime Landscaping customer because of who they are, and what they've done for us over the years.

Have we had quality problems - some - but none that they haven't jumped on and solved to our satisfaction.

Unfortunately we had to terminate our agreement with Prime in early 2020 because of their staffing problems and their lack of predictability servicing our account.

Called for a residentially service. House was severely overgrown and neglected from last owner. They did an impressive job! Atleast from my experience they earned a true 5 stars

Friendly lawn care service. Excellent work and attention to detail.

Legit landscape service that does it all. I have been using them for many years and haven’t found anything that they don’t do and they do it all well! Use them for their yard fertilizer and chemical treatments for weeds and you’ll have the greenest yard in the neighborhood.

We were at the what a burger and there was a line at the drive thru. These guys blew leaves in and on everyones car. They even blew leaves in the restaurant and on the food. They did it conciously. The guy looked straight at us while he was doing it. It could be just one guy in particular, but the other guys were also blowing leaves just not in our window.

I’ve used prime for a few years to trim the shrubs around my home and pool. Maybe 3 to 4 times per year and If needed help me lay mulch. This last year the lack of communication has been less than desirable. I called in may 2020 to put my name on the list to trim bc they were shut down with home visits. I called again in August and she (who ever answers the phone) said my name was on the list and Duncan would contact me. Again, no follow up. I called again in October and she (whoever answers the phone said Duncan would contact me. It is now Nov 23 and no follow up to let me know they don’t have enough crews, or to even let me know they wouldn’t do the job to allow me an opportunity CR to look elsewhere before the holidays. Not respectful of my time.

They do not do good work. Very disappointed and unprofessional ethics.

If you want to be petty and rude, don't advertise your business while doing so. Wouldn't recommend, highly unprofessional.

Our HOA used this company and there were a lot of complaints about incomplete projects and delapidated common areas that were paid for.

Our HOA hired them to maintain common areas. Work contracted was either not performed or was performed poorly.

When you’re exiting 380 those double white lines are there for a reason. That means you don’t cross over those!!!!! Learn how to drive.
