Sat on hold for 10 minutes just for them to hang up on me,

I'm the only customer but with 3 people working the counter, I'm asked to wait. Then one employee asks me what I need and directs me to the location in the store where I can find it. Then I have to wait again. Why not type the damn thing up when I asked for it? The man in front of me had 5 purchases and he left before me. I had 1 purchase. #failedcustomerservice
